Pros:

What can I say, I've stayed here 6 times now, love the D.!
Pros:

I have stayed here many times so I don't need to reiterate how much I love this place! This time, I had a really nice conversation with Janine who prepares the delicious breakfast every morning. She asked me if I wanted anything special for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I plan to return again this year but the thing I love most about the D. is the pool and in-ground jacuzzi, you don't find them too often and it rocks!

Serviceable hotel. A place to sleep.
Pros:

Lots of towels. Decent shower.

Cons:

The concentration of air freshener in the lobby was almost asphyxiating. I stayed for 3 days and that appears to be a permanent feature. There is only one, slow elevator. The breakfast was mediocre. The windows in my room were opaque (deliberately?). All that said, the hotel seems to be immensely popular. It was booked to full capacity while I was there.

Pros:

This hotel provides a lot of value for your money. It is attractive and very clean. Amenities that make the stay enjoyable include the pool and hot tub, outdoor seating areas, and complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a handheld shower head in the bathtub.

Cons:

We consistently tripped over the edge curled rug. This is unsafe. Rug also looked like it was not new, it looked like a worn and should be replaced.

A welcoming, comfortable hotel with good amenities, friendly staff and great beds!
Pros:

The hotel is like a grande old Dame, a little past her prime, but still comfortable, elegant and clean. The furniture is a little scratched up but it's well polished and taken care of. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and that more than makes up for the slight shabbiness of the hotel. I stay there about three times a year for at least three days each time. It feels like home away from home and very comfortable. Great beds, plenty of pillows and a fairly decent restaurant attached.

Cons:

The elevator is extremely slow. Plan accordingly!
