Great free breakfast with plenty of choices and a comfortable seating area. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were basic, but clean.
Overall vibe is cozy chic. Lobby and public area furniture is modern and new. Rooms are clean and large and the overall experience was great. We only stated one night so couldn't comment much more than that.
We were disappointed the coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast, it would have been nice to have back up.
It was safe, clean, affordable, comfortable, and the staff was lovely. I would absolutely stay again.
The rooms are a little outdated (especially the bathrooms) but it adds to the charm. We have no complaints.

Equidistant from Easthampton and Northampton
Their mattress covers have a rubberized/flexible plastic lining that does not breathe. It traps your heat and makes you sweat. Moisture does not get absorbed and just stays on you. Like being in a rubber room.
It was a great location for my biking and hiking activities.
Despite being close to I91, it was not loud and the surrounding trees gave it a nice almost rural feeling. It was definitely not the stark vibe of a hotel in a wide open parking lot next to the interstate!

A very nice setting. The Delaney restaurant right there was a very nice feature. Breakfast was quite good. The room was comfortable.
The $50 resort fee was unreasonable. Didn’t even use any of the resort features, so as far as I could tell, it was for nothing.

Very charming hotel. We were upgraded to a king suite, which was ridiculously large and had everything you night want; fridge, microwave, sofa, etc. Generous supply of towels. We were not there very long, but it very much met our needs. Excellent value for the money. Very quiet despite the proximity to the highway. Nice that there's a pool and hot tub, but the pool is tiny so I didn't bother. Breakfast had a lot of options - the fresh fruit was especially welcome.
The check-in by kiosk was off-putting, confusing, and the antithesis of welcoming.
