All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy).

This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff. Very good breakfast which was excellent value for money. Would recommend this hotel to families and couple alike

Especialmente recepción y servicio del comedor.
Las instalaciones en general deberían de estar más actualizadas y mejoradas, especialmente las zonas de baño en la cuarta planta.

El personal es muy amable.

Buen hotel cerca de la playa.. bastante bien el buffet de desayuno y de la cena.

Good location, very clean and friendly staff.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me when I entered. It did not look spectacular but the rooms and hallways were nicely updated. Service was terrific.Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was the noise from the avenue below at night with the window open (note, not uncommon or out of ordinary in Spain!).

Brilliant location with a good selection for breakfast. Shame both lifts were broken and no offer to help us up to the third floor ( we are both over 70). Also WiFi was hit and miss and there was no TV signal.

Hotel is clean and the facilities are of a high standard. Parking on-site is 7€ / night and is limited so if you are staying during a busy time you may have issues. We got a room upgrade as the hotel had not taken our booking from Hotels.com. This was a nice gesture. The beach is mostly gravel and stone / pebbles and is across a road and promenade from the hotel. The sea is actually about 400 to 500 meters from the hotel.Hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi.

Fint hotell med flott beliggenhet. Ser rett på fuglereservatet fra balkong. På andre siden er stranden. Taxi til sentrum kostet bare 6€. Det er også busstopp rett utenfor. Veldig god frokost. Rakk ikke å bade i bassenget men det så flott ut.

Wie kann man ein 4 Sterne Hotel mitten im Industriegebiet bauen? Gegend, zum flüchten. Kasten ohne Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Einrichtung dunkel, absolut nicht meins.
Essen, na ja aber für Zöliaker geeignet. Nur das personal kriegt von mir 5 Sterne.

Trevlig personal. God frukost. Rent. Fint rum. Vi är mycket nöjda

Idea location for our purpose with lovely sea views
Had a wonderful time. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Just would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room as not able to have any with room service.
