Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado y limpio. Personal agradable.

Cons:

niente

LACKING IN PLACES
Pros:

The staff is first class. Extremely helpful.
The location is excellent.

Cons:

The locks on the room doors are very flimsy and as a solo female traveller I did not feel comfortable. There needs to be a second lock on the inside of the doors.

I had booked a single which didn't have fridge facilities that I needed. However, my room was changed immediately.

I'm not sure why it is rated 4 star.
