O hotel é bem localizado em Granada; você pode acessar vários pontos turísticos caminhando; além disso, é fácil pegar ônibus, táxi ou Uber para ir para lugares mais distantes. O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção. Um dos principais motivos que pegamos ele foi pela luggage room. Fizemos o check-out por volta das nove da manhã e deixamos as malas no hotel, voltamos por volta das 18 para buscá-las e foi tudo muito fácil e tranquilo.
