Pros:

Very clean, spacious rooms. Excellent location - easily accessible to bus/train and in the heart of Yaletown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent check in reception staff. Exquisite, thoughtful and tasteful restaurant. Horrible hotel manager who attempted to aggressively intrude the room as I was half dressed just out of the shower prior to approved late check out time.
Recommendation: New hotel manager.

OPUS Hotel... your home in Vancouver...
Pros:

Location could not have been better, across the street from Vancouver metro station you can move around town in no time and very efficient. The Yaletown area is fantastic, restaurants, neighborhood retails, close to parks and bike lane system... all making you feel like a local.
Staff super friendly and always available to accommodate any request.

Cons:

My short stay.... Next time will plan to stay longer.

Comfortable enough once we were given a cleaned room.

Cons:

Checked in and the room still had someone else’s belongings in the room. The window for the room was in the bathroom, when you opened the blind you looked into the building across the road, which meant you’d have to have the blind closed the whole time.
Whilst we got put in a new room due to the other persons items in the original room, I wouldn’t have paid the price for that type of room.

Very disappointing experience over a long weekend
Pros:

Location, easy access to Canada Line

Cons:

Our stay was unfortunately marked by poor service and frustrating experiences throughout. The hotel appeared unprepared for the long weekend, with staff citing how "busy" it was as an excuse for inadequate service.

Basic standards weren’t met—our in-room fridge hadn’t been cleaned and still contained old food from a previous guest.

The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. We waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and seated, then sat for another 15 minutes without anyone taking our order or offering water or coffee. After 20 minutes, we gave up and ordered from the Starbucks down the street. Even then, no staff ever came to check on us. Several tables nearby were also without food, and other guests told us they had been waiting over 30 minutes.

Despite breakfast being included in our stay, we couldn’t afford to waste two hours waiting for a meal.

When we raised these concerns with the front desk, we were told “it won’t happen again”—a hollow reassurance at that point. Overall, service was subpar, staff were clearly undertrained, and management seemed unprepared for the weekend. Very disappointing for what should have been a relaxing getaway

Pros:

LOVED the room it is so huge! It is super near the skytrain station as well. I love the dyson hairdryer and the epsom salts, the soap and shampoo smells really nice too, in fact the entire hotel smell great.

I loved how there is a free spin class we could attend as well but unfortunately I wasn't in the right fit!
