Nice sized room and large bathroom Friendly staff and good location
The location was awesome. Very safe neighborhood. Amazing staff!!
The fragrance in the lobby and room. Would prefer to have an option of no scent.

Loved the location which was central to Yaletown and many restaurants and bars. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.
Our room on the side of level 2 was very close to the adjoining night club which was noisy for 2 out of our 3 nights stay. Definitely recommend to stay on a high floor and toward the front of the hotel to limit the noise coming from the night club.
Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, always met with a smile and made welcome.
Really couldn’t fault.
Staff: Scott, Patricia, Stephanie were all great. I didn’t get name of other staff, but they were amazing as well.
Hotel was clean and in great location in Yaletown.
Close to many shops, restaurants, and parks.
Right across the street from the sky train from the airport.
We stayed there w our dog on a long weekend and the staff were very accommodating.
They have a pre check in before you arrive. Once you arrive they know who you are based on your check in info. The staff are amazing and provided friendly service.
When you arrive they offer you a glass of sparkling rose.
They accidentally gave us a queen when I booked a king.. they moved us into a king the next day and even gave us $60 a day for breakfast which we only got coffee each morning.
I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Vancouver.

Literally everything, it is an exquisite stay with warm and considerate staff.
It’s more expensive than I normally prefer to pay, but well worth the value of the experience
Staff was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and well stocked. The location was great as it was close to the waterfront, the train station and many good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location with easy walking to tourist sites and good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable room, ample storage for belongings. Would stay here again happily.
The hospitality, location, staff at the hotel. We felt welcome the moment we arrived. They were so accommodating and helpful with requests.
Nothing I can think of. It was truly wonderful.
It was an awesome experience!
Our first time to stay here at Opus and we truly liked it. The location is very convenient. We took the train from the airport and the hotel is just across the station. Lots of places to eat around the vicinity too! I wish I tried the Italian place CAPO but I plan of visiting and staying again at Opus so I have that to look forward to. I particularly liked the “turn down” service especially the secret blend oil provided, I noted the company it is prepared from so I can order when I ran out of it. We use it every night and that seemed to help us with our sleep. The water being provided, believe it or not, I look forward to because it reminds me to take my meds. It came with a chocolate too. I also liked the welcome cake for my birthday and the personalized message. Thoughtful things goes a long way. I will definitely recommend the place. I also need to mention the cleanliness of the bathroom and the comfort of the bed and pillows. We did not have to call because we were provided. Thank you, Opus and keep up the good work in making your guests feel important and well taken care of.
