Pros:

Lage im tollen Stadtteil Yaletown. Familien Suite mit sehr komfortablem Schlafsofa und trotzdem reichlich Platz mit Blick auf die belebten Straßen

Cons:

Frühstück nur ala carte im separat betriebenen Restaurant. Qualität war gut, aber Auswahl daher eingeschränkt und teuer.

Great Yaletown location in a a well maintained boutique hotel.
Pros:

Room was a conventional layout with a window into the bathroom. Curtains and blinds were provided. A few ergonomic issues with door swings but otherwise good. The Yaletown location was excellent. It's a lively area but there is little noise penetration from the exterior. The bar was very cozy with excellent staff. The breakfasts were good but could use a little more variety. Since it's a boutique hotel, there was never a wait for an elevator. E-bikes are available with prior notice. Bike trails are plentiful both on and off street. The front desk staff were always helpful.

Cons:

We were adjoining a connecting room and there was noise transmission at times through the connecting door. The fitness room was underwhelming. The lobby is very compact so seating is at a premium, otherwise there is seating in the adjoining bar.

A relaxing visit to Vancouver made enjoyable by the well-run hotel.
Pros:

Central to everything via water (Aquabus) and Skytrain. Very clean and well appointed room. Made feel very welcome by staff. Good restaurant and bar adjoining. Easy check-in.

DECEPCIONANTE
Pros:

La situación donde está ubicado.

Cons:

- Nos encontramos bichos en la cama y no recibimos compensación por ello.
- Teníamos contratado en Booking el desayuno incluido y nos querían cobrar un “breakfast service” del 18% del valor del desayuno.
- Llevamos 10 días para recibir la devolución de la fianza.
- Escribí un email al alojamiento tanto por Booking como por email para reclamar el tema del breakfast service y de la devolución de la fianza y nunca me han contestado.

He tardado en escribir esta reseña por si tenían el detalle de disculparse y solucionar los temas por privado. Pero no lo han hecho.

Schönes, nicht ganz preiswertes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Super Lage. Metrostation zum Flughafen gegenüber. Kurzer Weg zum False Creek, von dort kommt man gut mit dem Autobus nach Granville Island. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schönes Zimmer; wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Gutschein für sehr üppige Frühstücksgerichte.

Cons:

Bisschen laut, ist aber halt Downtown. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Das Hotel ist aber sehr schön und Kanada insgesamt teuer

10/10, will come back again when we visit Vancouver next
Pros:

Retro style and comfortable room, strategic location as only across Canada line station (Yaletown). Area around the hotel is also safe and surrounded by good restaurants + cafes. The 3-h complementary e-bike also boosts our positive experience here.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

Comfort and quality of staff was excellent. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so they complimented us with a glass of wine while we waited.

Cons:

Bathroom for the bar and restaurant were down stairs. However, there was an elevator access to this facility.

Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms in a nice area of downtown Vancouver.
Pros:

Upon checking in we were greeted by the really friendly receptionist who swiftly had our bags taken upstairs and handed us a glass of sparkling Rose. The room was really well appointed and spotless, they even included a little toy for our dog that we brought with us. The valet parking was seamless and the daily breakfast at the restaurant next door was really tasty and the service was amazing.

Couldn’t have been happier!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, large stylish rooms, cool bar, fantastic location and the kindest staff. Not sure I’ll ever stay anywhere else in Vancouver again. 10/10
