We love this hotel for the lovely location and attentive staff.
We really liked how close the hotel was to the metro and to broad st, We live local to birmingham but always stay overnight when we go out as it’s often cheaper than a taxi home. The room was very nice, clean and modern
We found it to be very warm and the air conditioner did very little to chill it, Not to detract from an excellent stay though

Nicely presented hotel, with spotless rooms and comfortable bed. Great location for central Birmingham and reasonably priced given this. The breakfast options were of good quality and great variety.
Parking is expensive and when we asked if we could use the on-site parking we were flatly told no and directed to the adjacent Q-Park (£25 overnight). The room doors close with incredible violence, the morning rush of departures sounded like a series of gunshots going off - not great for anyone wanting a peaceful lie-in!
