Great location - we came for a concert at the Utilita arena and it was perfect for this. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. No faults at all 😊

Where the hotel is based 5 minute walk to the utility arena that was amazing after standing to watch westlife it was only a short work back to the hotel ideal. And central to all the pubs and restaurants

The staff were fantastic.
Room was pristine. I stayed for work and it was perfect location and really quiet. Breakfast was lovely and all staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend a stay and I will book again.
Location is so good for Utilita arena, restaurants around Brindley Place and easy walking to shops.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Location great too. Nice to have milk sachets in the room for tea and a window that opens. A really good experience overall.
