Cons:

The car park is not fit for purpose. We had a SUV, had to get out the car to enter the number on the key pad to open the shutter. On exit, it is too tight to manoeuvre, ended up kerbing our rear tyre.

A good place to stay, quiet, despite being in a convenient location.
Pros:

Good location, close to lots of restaurants, but was also quiet. Decent sized, clean room, with comfortable large bed, good shower, good sized fridge. Wide choice at breakfast, although there didn't seem to be an option for vegetarian sausages, and the pastries weren't covered up, so any which had been there for a while were slightly stale. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One staff member who initially checked me in wasn't particularly welcoming, though all the other staff members were. The room would have benefitted from having a comfortable small sofa or armchair.

As a lone female I felt safe and looked after, the reception staff were very helpful,
Pros:

It was well staff despite it being a bank holiday, the staff were very helpful and attentive and was able to provide a vegetarian breakfast. There was plenty of choice and it was well stocked. The tables were cleared and cleaned quickly.

Cons:

The placement of some of the seating was forward facing the buffet, predominately for singles or couple use. This had a feeling of being observed by everyone passing by to get breakfast and created a corridor.

Perfect place for a nice luxury feeling relaxed stay! Everything on your doorstep and food is amazing!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, food, comfortable beds, lovely decor and lovely staff!
An amazing stay, perfect if your out in brindley place for the night!
Everything is on your doorstep!

This is my second stay here and our first stay was actually not a nice experience at all due to rowdy guests and we felt our complaint wasn’t heard.

This time round the staff couldn’t have done more for us, above and beyond … even including a complimentary drink, chocolate cake and balloon for my friends 50th!

It was fab!

Great location and breakfast although staring to look slightly dated.
Pros:

Location and breakfast was very good

Cons:

Myself and my business colleague were given disabled rooms which we didn't ask for. This posed a problem when showering and shavings as all the utilities were at low level. When we asked the staff at checkout why we were assigned these rooms they they had now answers.

Excellent location & fantastic nights sleep
Pros:

Location perfect proximity to the utilita arena where we attended a show. Comfortable spacious beds & quiet peaceful night. Excellent shower pressure. Professional & friendly staff. Cleanliness excellent. Breakfast buffet self service had a wide selection & delicious.

Not applicable as we had an amazing night's rest & enjoyed our stay
