The reception and restaurant team. No way to have a power adaptor UK/EU even to buy!!!! Room dirty, pillows extra soft… food at the restaurant really poor quality !

I originally secured and booked a room on a certain amount of £129.60 via bookings .com. On arrival the firm was already there and I was asked just to sign. I was charged too much at £144.00. I queried it and also crossed out the incorrect higher rate and signed the update and the reception confirmed the higher amount had already been charged. I showed proof of booking however they said they needed to check and if the case they would refund. I still gs d not been refunded or not had a reply to an email recently.
