Pros:

Location was perfect, we came up for a concert at the 02 and it was easily walkable same for the next day when we decided to go shopping, it was the perfect walking distance to the bull ring shopping centre. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, all the staff were friendly and the hotel was lovely and clean.

Cons:

The only thing that for us could've improved our stay was the pillows on the bed, found the bed lovely and comfortable but the pillows were far too soft, just kept sinking in them and getting too hot with the pillow almost up around the face. A slightly finer pillow would've given us a great sleep.

The room was a good size, so was the bed..and a chef at the breakfast counter serving fresh omelette. Nice touch

Located near the icc

Cons:

The car park I have a medium car and took 2 attempts to get out without scratching wheel arches. Car park looks like it on a dead end round the back we circled twice to find it. I couldn’t access with code then parking is tight
