Fantastic and look forward to our next stay
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hilton garden inn and again it was fantastic
Clean and looked posh
Rooms were lovely and cool in the hot weather
Staff were fantastic especially Connor who served us in the restaurant, nothing was out of his way and even bought us more napkins without having to ask and clearly cares about his work and is an asset to the hotel

Cons:

Some food/drink items were a little pricey but the food was absolutely beautiful so it was worth it

Pros:

The cleaningness and the location.

The restaurant was nice.

Cons:

It was really hot and the aircon was hardly working, after an hour of arrival, it was still quite hot and the room had direct sunlight. I went down stairs to ask for help and one of the receptionists as like “so what do you want? a fan?”

quite unprofessional and I had to ask to change to a room that is not facing the sun. did not feel welcomed.

A lovely experience
Pros:

The initial welcome started the stay off on the right foot. From there onwards everything was perfect. We have stayed at the hotel before and we certainly will again - I have also recommended the hotel to friends who loved it too!

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of

Would stay here again every time.
Pros:

Loved the comfort, room size, location, and staff. It was even right outside of a tram stop from the train station. It’s within walking distance to all the great things in Birmingham.

Cons:

Nothing other than breakfast wasn’t included with the room. It was a very good breakfast though.

Genting Hotel
Pros:

Booked an overnight stay Genting Hotel as we were seeing a group at BP Pulse Live. The hotel was lovely. Our room was really nice. Everything was beautifulty clean. Nice fluffy white towels, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Staff were lovely and added bonus of 90 mins free in the spa. Small pool, jacuzzi, steam room and you can book beautician and treatments. Breakfast was in the Skye Bar with views over the lake.
