Good location, reasonably clean and comfortable, nice- but so badly organised and run by management.
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Could not check in at 3pm as rooms were not ready. Hanging about for 40mins.
Ridiculous bar - so slow on tills!
Lifts out of action next morning so could not get to my room - and toilets were closed for cleaning as well! More hanging about!
