location is great for a night out, whetherspoons just around the corner and is close to the centre. Very tidy and bed was comfy! Staff were great help, very friendly
We paid on the day due to some issues so the price was a bit expensive but nothing against them. Would definitely stay again but just book beforehand

Noisy air conditioning unit, that didnt respond to wall controls. Really disrupted my sleep and it wasn't either making the room cool.

Comfy bed, nice room, nice location. Barman in hotel was lovely.
Room smelt of mould and the water pressure on shower was abysmal, it took almost 10 minutes of running the hot water for hot water to come out.

The location of the property was good, albeit there was some construction in front of the facility during our visit, but that didn’t affect our visit.
We informed the staff on the first night there was no heat in our room. They gave us an extra blanket. Day 2, in the evening when we told them, a member of staff came to the room and tried to turn the heat on with no avail. He said unfortunately because they were sold out, we would have to wait until the next day to change rooms. At this point we were told we would be compensated for two nights of no heat. The next day we were moved to a new room but when inquiring about compensation for two days of no heat, we were told management was working on the issue. The next day upon check out, we inquired about compensation from two nights of no heat and the representative told us management would reach out to us. As of this review, it is now one week later and no response from management.
Loved the property, its proximity to Bristol city centre and its staff were so helpful and friendly.

It was a nice central location, clean and lovely smelling. Staff were accommodating and efficient at check in. As well as answering any questions we had. Black out curtains were a dream.
The rooms never seemed to cool. We had the air con on all night and it never seemed to get below 20 degrees. I understand it a part of the space but the bathroom was a little small but functional.
check-in and efficiency of staff. The location was ideal.
The TV did not work, and the solution was to change rooms, but this was when we were just going out for the evening and deparfting the following morning.
