Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

Perfect location when attending events in Glasgow.
All staff from reception to bar to restaurant very pleasant, helpful and very efficient.
Room lovely with everything we needed.
Nice little bar area.
Can’t fault it.

Cons:

It was suitable for the price. We really enjoyed enjoyed the breakfast

Reception staff were competent and assisted us with the parking. A smile here or there would not go astray😃.

Pros:

The room and bed were comfortable and overlooking the river which was what we requested. Great location near the Ovo.

Cons:

Fridge in room was empty and complimentary water would have been nice to reflect the price we paid for the room. We had to paid additional for water from the hotel fridge.

The bathroom sink was too small and we couldn't avoid water being splashed onto the floor making it a slipping hazard.

Perfect location for the hydro, onsite parking and beds were comfy

Location was ideal as we were going to a concert at the hydro.
Had dinner in the restaurant was lovely

Cons:

The breakfast i felt was poor, not a lot of options and the scrambled egg was very bland

took 25 mins to just check in
Cons:

check in was pretty bad, arrived at 4pm (quite a peak time for check in’s) and there was only 1 person on the desk, the queue was large ad waited about 25 mins to actually get checked in, no apology or anything and other staff walking about so not sure what that was about
