Pros:

Même si l'hôtel n'est pas tout proche du centre ou du quartier universitaire, il est bien placé au bord de la Clyde avec une très belle terrasse.
La chambre était propre et le buffet du petit-déjeuner était varié et bon.
Le prix de la chambre était très correct.

Cons:

Les chambres pourraient être un peu plus grandes.

A Smiling Hotel
Pros:

Amazing customer service from walking into the hotel to the breakfast service the following morning. The cleaners were friendly and kept the room very tidy. Every individual we came across had a smile on their face, the young woman with the brown curly hair when we first arrived was exceptional at providing customer service. She made us feel welcome, I didn't catch her name but she definitely deserves some recognition, if we do come back, we know this hotel is one of a kind.
