Nothing all ok
Was really easy to get to and was a 2 minute walk to the OVO which is why we were in Glasgow as we had a concert. Shops along the road if needed.
Everything was ideal.
nice room and breakfast.
Thought the male receptionist on the last day was slightly rude but unsure if it was his character or in a grump.
Breakfast was lovely and it was quiet. The rooms were very clean, and adequate. Excellent location for concerts at the hydro and The Armadillo. 2 minute walking distance. Would stay again.
There was a strange unpleasant foosty smell in the corridor just outside our room and before entering the lift area. Fourth floor. Smelt like drainage.
the restaurant was pleasant and staff were very helpful.
Their disability facility for entry to the hotel was bad. On the right side there was a ramp but it was a walk of about 3 metres from door and on the left there appeared to be a ramp but no way of access. I am an 80year old single person and in the evening all I wanted to do was sit down and relax watching TV. The TV only had access to a certain amount of channels I was surprised that in the day and age they did not have all main channels. I tried to access ITV3 to watch a programme the channel was not available. I phoned up reception and an assistant was sent up no joy it appears they do not subscribe to All channels. while he was there I mentioned the heating was not good and there was a draft from the closed window. I was given an extra heater. I was lucky I had brought my iPad I spent my 2 evenings watching on YouTube. Will not be back there.
