It was my second stay. Stayed in Feb and one of there lift was not working double travel to the room and this time WiFi
Pros:

Location is great, Hotel is clean

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t working on 5th floor where I got the room and I asked reception they said will be fixed very soon but it never fixed whole of my stay as I would have to come to lobby to access hotel internet.

not great but it will do in a pinch..
Pros:

I was there before so kind of knew how to get there..central location is good

Cons:

Since renovation, no business center...no computer or printer..the one elevator for all the floors is still very slow..you renovated but never fixed that..other guests waited with me for elevator also commented on slow and frustrating. You just billled my credit card for $20 unknown charge on the day I left where I had prepaid...no idea what for and have had to send many messages to find out..still don't know has of writing this

How big it was

Cons:

I reserved a king size room and they gave me 2 Queen size.Beds, then tried to charge me for my service.Animal, then charge me $10 for parking.And there was no parking spot at the facility
