Pros:

Courteous Staff, great breakfast buffet choices , very cozy room.

Cons:

The first elevator was out of order which made it a longer walk to the next elevator.

Very nice place, and I would recommend it to others.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. The man overseeing it was really on the ball and very pleasant. He did a fine job.

It was OK, though a bit on the expensive side.
Pros:

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Management was able to give me a Senior Citizen discount on our room when I asked.

Cons:

Two out of the four days we were there, housekeeping did not do anything in our room. Used towels and garbage were not removed and the bed was not made. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels.

Remove the parking fee and require parents to supervise their kids.

Size of the room was good

Cons:

Too close to the train station. There was a group of foul mouthed teens/pre-teens unsupervised outside and some playing hockey in the lobby. I had to pay $5 for parking, REALLY?

My stay was meh
Pros:

Price of room was not good , location is Lansdale , not downtown Philadelphia! And it was just a Friday night. Parking in lot was awful , too many cars and trucks , had to circle several times

Cons:

Breakfast was awful, could not get to coffee , because several young women were taking a very long time to get their drinks and then making a mess getting sugar etc took more than a few minutes , very entitled! Should have been monitored !

Breakfast was good. Male cook and kitchen staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Wish I got his name to give him a shout out!

Amenities were a bit lacking. No soap at sink, etc. Room could be a bit cleaner

Nice, helpful staff. Great breakfast, loved the set-up of the suite. Clean and safe

Cons:

One elevator was being replaced which meant extra walking for my elderly mother. They did have another working elevator on the other side of hotel
