Courtyard is the place to be in downtown St. Louis!
Pros:

My experience was excellent. Deon gave above and beyond quality care to me and my sister while we were attending a gala. He helped us with our things and make sure that we got them to our destination safely. The front desk staff was also phenomenal and I definitely look forward to coming back to this location soon.

At the valet service, Michael Moore did an outstanding job fixing a key labeling situation under pressure. He was the only one working the valet at 100% capacity.

Best staff in St Louis! Hands down
Pros:

Micheal, George and the one who’s made my trip the best… her name escapes me, but something isha??? She worked graveyard 12-13th November 2025z man she was the kindest hardest working gal. I have so much appreciation for people like this.

Pros:

Good stay. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, beds are too firm and pillows were flat. Tossed and turned all night and back hurt the next morning. Clean bathroom. Toilet worked great.

We liked the location
Pros:

Self parking was a couple of blocks away so not super close. Hotel is older, but the rooms are spacious. It was a good location to us because it was equidistant to the City Museum and Arch which we walked to. We also utilized the super close Starbucks.

Pros:

This was the PERFECT place to stay for my conference at the Convention Center. I was seconds away from my conference, making it super easy to go back to my hotel room whenever needed.
The room was more spacious than I had expected and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is in beautiful condition. I would definitely stay here in the future. It’s also near the Arch (about a 10 minute walk).
