Limpeza e café da manhã

Cons:

A orientação do funcionário da recepção sobre o translado para o aeroporto de táxi sobre ter um valor fixo de 80 euros e quando do uso do táxi a cobrança foi de 100 euros o que nos pareceu abusiva e fora do que foi informado na recepção dando indícios de exploração ao turista parecendo ter um combinado entre o taxista e a recepção do hotel.

EXCELLENT ROME HOLIDAY
Pros:

We liked the triple bedroom and the one with a balcony. Great comfy beds and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was included and the choices were amazing. We loved it and would stay there again next time. Staff were very friendly which made our holiday excellent.

Lovely staff and excellent service
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. They gave us a map of the area and highlighted places to visit along with tips and places to book. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options to choose from and the rooms were nice and clean and had air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the heat. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the metro which lets it down a bit but it's good value for money if you don't mind the walk.

salve purtroppo la colazione non mi ha soddisfatto. credo si tratti proprio del livello di qualità scelto per il buffet. il cappuccino invece fatto al bar ,buono. Consiglio inoltre di verificare le porte scorrevoli delle docce. GRAZIE.

Hotel comodo, staff gentile. Colazione buona, forse il lato salato leggermente carente, ma il dolce ottimo con vasta scelta. La posizione ideale per chi come noi doveva andare ad un concerto all' auditorium. Ma comunque servito con vari bus, ottima soluzione anche per girare la città.
