Quality hotel. Helpful,respectful and courteous personnel. I look forward to staying there again.What?
Pros:

I liked the front desk personnel, they were very helpful in helping us locate nearby food restaurants and singing us up for transfers to the cruise port, also we had a very comfortable queen room with a couch for five adults

Cons:

I though the couch had a pullout bed, my grandson is 6’4 , but being a Boy Scout he made it had no effect on him at all we all had a good night sleep

The front desk staff is amazing and super friendly and funny!! Best service we could have ever gotten and he remembered us from staying back in September as well!! I would give a 100/10! The best!!!

Great hotel.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Room was great. Lovely to have the trundle option for a child rather than a sofa bed which is usually much less comfortable.

Good breakfast!

They use a shuttle service to get to the hotel from the airport. That trip was totally fine but it does stop at other hotels. FYI.

Cons:

The toilet ran for a long time after flushing. We ended up figuring out how to fix it and it was our only issue.

They use the same shuttle service to get to the port. We DO NOT RECOMMEND the shuttle to get to the port. Just take an Uber. It will be cheaper, easier, more comfortable, and take way less time. And you won't have to use up all your cash.

Pros:

Staff was great. Rooms clean and updated. Location perfect. This was i think about my 10th time staying at this property over the last 8yrs or so.

Cons:

Nothing .Construction at the moment but even that was no problem.

I didn’t realize this was right by the airport. This is an older hotel that has been remodeled and they make it seem as if it’s fully remodeled but it’s not. Part of the rooms are the older 90’s style. The towels were old and thin. Our room has some stains on the mattress that pulled out in the couch that looked like piss, stains on the arm of the couch. Old toothpaste on the tissue holder, hair in the shower…didn’t seem very clean as people have rated it. Besides the cleanliness the noise every night we were there was cars racing down the street. I sleep with ear plugs and I could still hear it all night. The pillows were thin leaving me with a nice neck pain the day we left and now I’m having to dispute the double charge on my card for the stay…lovely.

Great Stay Again!
Pros:

Less than 10 minute drive to Raymond James Stadium.

Cons:

There is no waffle maker station. Would love to had more hot options for breakfast. Came in December and there was a waffle maker station.

Art work in 305 looks like tire tread marks.

Cons:

It was outdated and didn’t seem like there was an effort to keep it up. Our microwave was dirty, we needed to ask for linen for the pull out bed and bring it up ourselves. The phone was unplugged and didn’t work. Breakfast was just ok.
