It was Fine
Cons:

The water in the bathroom sink was not cold, it was luke warm, I said something, nothing happened.
The down button on elevator on the 2nd floor did not work, always had to push up, and than get in and push 1 to go down, again I said something, nothing changed,
Will not be staying there again.

Pros:

El trato del personal muy bueno, me gustó que nos recibieron de manera amable dispuestos a resolver dudas, el depósito (100dlls) puedes darlos en efectivo y te los devuelven inmediatamente al hacer checkout, esta frente a la gasolinera

Cons:

Los pisos hacen ruido, nos tocó en el tercer piso y pedía que pisaran con cuidado en las habitaciones porque me daba la impresión que podia ser molesto para los del piso de abajo.

There was an error with my booking. I booked online and paid in advance and was charged the full price of the stay again upon checkout. Staff was very rude and would not help to remedy the situation at all. Very very very rude

La alberca sucia
Pros:

La atención del cliente y camas cómodas.

Cons:

El jacuzzi del cuarto no funcionaba, a la alberca y al jardín les faltaba mantenimiento, y poner más desayuno no era suficiente para huéspedes ñ.

It was perfect until the bug situation.
Pros:

Friendly staff and extremely accessible from any direction. It had a convenience store that was next door which made buying necessities and snacks quite practicable.

Cons:

As I was getting ready to sleep I discovered various tiny bugs on my bed. It was late at night and I was exhausted so I didn’t bother asking the front desk about the situation. As I checked out I notified the front desk of the bugs and they wrote down a note that they’d check it out.
