I will never return.

No hot water! I couldn’t take a shower and I paid $348 for one night. The manager this morning said, “too bad“.

Family Friendly Hotel
Pros:

This is my go to hotel I love the location the giant rooms the friendly staff the breakfast is very good and tons of comfortable. Nayeli is the best customer service and hotel employee I've ever met.

Cons:

I wish there were more options for food but that's not a huge deal I also think maybe some more snacks in the room and waters. I can't say many negative things because it's very friendly

it was poor. Won’t be back.
Pros:

Location. Shower was good

Cons:

Room was dated. Air and carpet had a chemical smell. Had a hard time sleeping. Breakfast was poor. Not much healthy food. Could’ve had yogurt and better choice of cereal.

חדר היה מרווח מאוד

Cons:

1. לא בוצע ניקיון חדרים, למרות שהערתי כל יום לאנשי הקבלה.
2. בריכה סגורה ולא פעילה.
3. מלון נמצא בשיפוצים, מבצעים שיפוצים בקומה איפה שגרים אנשים, לא מקובל ולא ראוי.
4. בחור חדש בקבלה(מתלמד), לא מקיר את העבודה ולא נותן מענה ללקוחות.

Pros:

The included breakfast game was strong and the staff was excellent - you could tell the operation was well run. The location is exceptional - convenient and all services within walking distance.

Cons:

Overall, the property could use a refresh/renovation. It's in good shape but it is starting to show it's age.
