I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly - Derviş was particularly helpful from our first day, including arranging airport taxi and more. They were all so nice. We loved the breakfast. We even had a nice view.

Colazione varia e abbondante, c'è di tutto.

The hotel is clean and cozy, not luxurious, but within walking distance of all the sights and has everything you need for a short city break. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean, and the bed linens and towels are changed almost daily. But the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff. A huge thank you to every single employee; you made our stay even better.

Most importantly, location was superb!!! Secondly, was the staff, if I had a names to mention- that would be Harun and Julide Emre from Guest Relations whom made our stay extra special and warm. And to fair, everyone was super friendly too!
They even went out their own way to present a warm welcoming gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which I thought was sweet for a cosy 4 star hotel. I didn’t expect it but it was so nice of them!

Oh one more thing, you can also book your airport transfer with Them directly, prices were fair.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike, but if I had to choose, it would be breakfast and coffee machine 🤭. Then again, I can’t complain as my bookings came with it and i keep reminding myself it’s 4 star ratings- so no complains 🤩 so to be fair again, it was fine

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel it is absolutely deserved.

During my stay, Harun provided one of the best examples of genuine hospitality and customer service I have ever experienced. He was always friendly, professional, attentive, and willing to help far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from his position.

What impressed me most was not only his professionalism, but also his character. He treats guests with respect, warmth, and genuine care, making them feel welcome from the very first moment. Thanks to him, my stay became a truly memorable experience.

Employees like Harun are rare. In my opinion, he represents the hotel in the best possible way and deserves special recognition from management for his outstanding work and dedication.

If I return to Istanbul, Harun will be one of the reasons why.

Thank you, Harun, for everything. You are an exceptional person and an outstanding employee.
