Great location stay.
Pros:

Stayed in Richmond Istanbul. Great location middle of the city. Everything is walking distance.
Lil up hill so make sure you are prepared to walk.
Car or taxi doesn’t drop you directly to hotel coz it’s a walk way but can drop near to hotel.

Cons:

The walls between the rooms are thin so you can hear what others are saying.
Wifi is weak.
Rest all okay.

Melhor custo beneficio!
Pros:

Localização na principal rua de comercio da cidade, então é excpecional. Apenas carros nao passam, tivemos que andar alguns poucos metros com a mala, o que foi super ok! Quarto um pouco apertado, mas dava pra se virar! Deram berço para a néném, limpeza muito boa e café da manhá excepcional. No final os funcionários carregaram nossas malas até um ponto mais afastado porque a rua proxima estava interditava. Muito solícitos!

Quartos um pouco pequenos.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt – direkt an der Istiklal Caddesi und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation Şişhane entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten.

Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als schöne Überraschung haben wir sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass mein Partner zu seinem Geburtstag einen Kuchen aufs Zimmer bekommen hat, obwohl wir den Geburtstag vorher gar nicht erwähnt hatten.

Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Richmond Istanbulda ki konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Her şey çok düzenli, temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya istekliydi. Misafirlerle iletişimleri tam olması gerektiği gibiydi; ne gereğinden fazla samimi ne de mesafeli davranıyorlardı.

Yardımları için özellikle Engin ve Harun'a teşekkür ederim. İstanbul'a sık sık geliyorum ve bundan sonra konaklamalarımda ilk tercihim Richmond Istanbul olacak. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Сантехника сломана. Все старое. Ужасно пахло краской. На третий день проживания просто стало невыносимо зайти в номер. Попросили переселить. Комфорта в номерах никакого. Утюга нет, нужно просить и выдают только на время. Душ сломан. Я не знаю, кто пишет хорошие отзывы(((((

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent and they took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

.. بشاشة و تعاون الموظفين

الريشبش في الاعلى ولا يوجد اصانصير
الصعود على سلم عالي متعب بعد التسوق والمشى الطويل
لكن هناك اصانصيرات للغرف

Pros:

Location and staff were really helpful, especially Mr Dervish who helped us book a seamless drive to airport and as pro bono tour guide. He was very forthcoming in helping us with our luggage bags handling and always carried a wide smile on his face. Handsome boy!
