Richmont hotel , a real gem in Istanbul
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of Istiklal street and right next to the M2 metro station.
On the positive side, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the wonderful view from the room, the quietness (the room was insulated and at night you could sleep without hearing anything from the street noise).
However, the most important advantage of the hotel was the incredible staff of the reception and not only that. I really felt like I was at home. The people at the reception Serkan and Harun did everything to meet our needs and always with a smile. Serkan in particular was incredible. He suggested solutions for transportation, food and entertainment to suit our needs and thus made our stay and trip unforgettable. A huge thank you to these people is not enough to express my gratitude.

Cons:

If I had to note something for improvement I would say that I would prefer a wider variety of coffee.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location, close to major attractions such as the Galata Tower. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room also had a nice view over Taksim Street, which was a great bonus.

Cons:

It felt somewhat disappointing compared to what the hotel seemed to offer. In our room we received complimentary snacks, which consisted of some nuts and a bottle of water. Considering that bottled water costs very little, I expected it to be replenished daily, but this did not happen.

Additionally, housekeeping did not change our towels during our three-day stay, which I believe is a basic service that should normally be provided. The breakfast was average overall. The coffee was not particularly good as it was made by an automated machine, so it might be worth considering alternative options. Although breakfast was served as a buffet, the selection was quite limited and the food remained the same each day.

Istanbul in libertà.
Pros:

La posizione centralissima, vicinanza alla metropolitana ed a molti ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione varia e molto ricca. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

La camera era piuttosto piccola: in due ci si muoveva a fatica per via di un angolo stretto occupato dal porta valigie. A colazione avremmo preferito che ci fosse qualche dolce in più. Il salito era molto vario ed abbondante.
