Clean Room, Sleepless Night
Pros:

I liked the location. It was easy to get to Manhattan by bus.
The room was spacious and comfortable for two people.
I also liked the bed. It was firm enough to support my back without being too soft or sinking in.

Cons:

The bathtub stopper was broken, making it difficult to fill the tub for a bath. Also, the walls provided very poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear the neighbours talking and laughing late after midnight, which kept me awake and caused me to lose sleep.

Conveniently located near Jersey Gardens, but the room conditions and disappointing breakfast mean I wouldn’t stay again

I liked the convenient location close to Jersey Gardens Mall and appreciated that the front desk staff moved us to another room when we reported the musty smell.

Cons:

The first room had an overpowering musty smell from the carpet, which was concerning as both my friend and I have asthma. Although we were moved to another room, it still wasn’t up to standard. The advertised grab-and-go breakfast was also disappointing, as only coffee was available throughout our stay.

No breakfast! No airport shuttle! Horrible hotel
Cons:

Booking said breakfast included and airport shuttle included. Breakfast consisted of a coffee machine, and no airport shuttle, driver didn’t come today.. staff and manager completely apathetic, basically told to deal with it. Would not compensate for the cost of an uber. Had to call and uber and eat at ihop next door, cost our family $75 which should have all been included in our hotel stay. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel stay in my life. To me this place deserves 0 stars. No one should stay here
