Front desk can take your complain/request but won’t bother to act or ask for resolution
Pros:

The fridge was filthy dirty on the outside —- it was very clear that it wasn’t cleaned for a long time

Cons:

And I don’t know what else’s wasn’t cleaned
I’m afraid to discover more
After 2 hours after I raised my concern
To the front desk and promised someone will be there to clean it…. No one arrived … checked out because I think there is no one going to clean it —— and it’s the 1st thing you will see when u walk in the room……

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación. Está a 8 minutos del aeropuerto Newark. Tiene un IHop al frente y cruzando la calle hay un mall outlet gigantesco.

I will never stay at another Extended Stay America Suite again!!
Pros:

Nothing!!

Cons:

Halls were dark, shower didn’t work, I had reservations a room with double beds. They over booked and put us in two different rooms and I had to pay extra for the room. One door had police tape across it and a hole in the door. People were smoking drugs outside the office.
