I liked the location and the friendly staff when checking in.
It suppose to be a suite..it didn't seem like a suite..it gave off more of a motel vibes. I didn't like that the dishes or cups were not in the suite. It would of been great if the television was a smart t.v. so you can watch other apps on it. Also you have to pay for parking. It just doesn't seem worth it. I will not recommend to anyone and I do not plan on staying there again.
The place was nice just wish the bathroom was a little cleaner it needs a deep cleaning in the shower

They ought to clean the place better. There were cockroaches in the room, stains on the sheets, the shower did not work properly.
I am awaiting a refund once we saw the property. We were not interested in staying there. It did not appear safe, nor sanitary, and the beds were literally cots!

They never can to clean my room when I asked
The room was ok but the bed was small, the closet was broken and the kitchen stove had black residue coming off of it, the kitchen sink was leaking underneath and the microwave kept getting stuck.

In the middle of the snow storm the signal went out so there was no TV all night and the next day, they didn't have snow plows to shovel us out so I was stuck outside for 10+ hours and .my boyfriend had to shovel me out a path through the whole hotel in order for us to actually get out. Clean up after the blizzard was very bad and they didn't handle it good at all.

Brenda is very pleasant. She came in sweeping and mopping the room. Good job Brenda. But Barbara and the staff are also very helpful. Debbie very nice person as well. Thank you staff for caring and being helpful to me and my family. And all you guy's are very pleasant staff.
The fridge was filthy dirty on the outside —- it was very clear that it wasn’t cleaned for a long time

After 2 hours after I raised my concern
To the front desk and promised someone will be there to clean it…. No one arrived … checked out because I think there is no one going to clean it —— and it’s the 1st thing you will see when u walk in the room……

It's not just a hotel. It seems like it's an apartment as well for others which I didn't know when I booked it. It needs to be updated as well
