Cons:

Booking.com over booked Extended Stay America and never sent myself an email stating that my stay was canceled. I have 3 children trying to stay in a hotel coming back from my son state track meet that was canceled unbeknownst to myself at 9pm. This was an awful experience but an eye opening one for sure. I will never use booking.com ever nor would I go to the trash hotel Extended American Inn that smell of weed and bad decisions.

Extremely dirty the room smelled of stain sweat the pillow sunk there was what looked like poop splattered on lower wall

Nothing u drive up people outside there chairs blocking parking spots parting with camp chairs out

Cons:

People outside paying people on side of property hanging out in crowed no one there to get in a guying coming in and out who didn’t stay there !some scary guy hanging out at the front door

I won’t stay here again, I’ve stayed at much nicer Extended Stay hotels. Very outdated.

Rooms were dusty,walls were dirty, dirt and dust around borders of the walls. Smell of food from cooking in the rooms was gross. No one attended the front desk around the clock.

Was clean. Convenient location.

Cons:

This hotel offered nothing.
No hand towl or soap in the bath. Nothing to wash our hands with.
One small bath towl per person.
No trash can. One night stand, and not many outlets.

Cons:

Nobody working when I arrived to check in at 11:00pm. So I never got my room that I reserved and they still charged my card and I didn’t stay there because no one was working to help me. Will never reserve a room there ever again

I’ll be sure to find another place to stay next time.
Pros:

Front desk lady was nice. Issues with the room but nobody to tell because there was no hotel staff on sight.

Cons:

I liked that it was a place to go for the night. The room was dirty, door handles were sticky, gross overall.
