Amazing hotel
Pros:

Such a warm welcoming by reception staff. They provided a lovely birthday message and complimentary drinks. Judith and Alazne were so friendly and helpful with directions, recommendations for food and things to do locally. They are a great asset to the hotel and customers. Location is fantastic and lots local to see and do. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Servizio molto accogliente, camere ampie, curate e perfettamente pulite.
Pros:

Pulizia, confort, servizio e distanza dal centro

Cons:

Nulla in particolare..forse solo maggior varietà nella colazione (comunque buona!) e poter ampliare la colazione al mattino fino alle 10:30

Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità del servizio, la gentilezza del personale, la cura dei dettagli negli interni e nel giardino esterno. La colazione offre una scelta ottima. La struttura è comoda per raggiungere sia i punti di interesse del centro, sia la stazione.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff - fantastic stay!
Pros:

This hotel was simply perfect the staff were all super friendly from the reception, bar, waitress’s, cleaners. Breakfast is amazing so much choice! Rooms lovely we had a great view of the garden and the bathroom and shower are big and shower is huge! Exceptionally clean, spotless! Location ideal 5/10 mins walk to all the main sites - simply perfect.

Cons:

I took one mark off only because the mattress was quite hard but that’s a personal choice!
