An excellent stay in the heart of Florence
Pros:

Excellent location, a stone’s throw from major attractions, but quiet at the same time. The property is very well-maintained, showcasing its heritage elements while offering all modern conveniences. Atmosphere is serene, quiet. We had a garden view suite on the 3rd floor. It was a well-appointed, comfortable room, reasonably spacious, with a safe, plenty of storage space, and all the usual amenities. The room and attached bath were spotless on arrival and the same level of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay by the housekeeping staff. The staff at all points of service (front desk, housekeeping, dining) were helpful, attentive, polite and friendly. They had (or found) answers to all our (many) questions, including where we could find a tube for posters we’d bought. All in all, we had an excellent experience at this hotel and would recommend it unreservedly.

Pros:

The staff were very kind and spoke very good English. The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff in the bar were very attentive. The rooms were very clean and the complementary amenities were very nice to have.

I’ll come back and stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They were very accommodating, helpful and hospitable. They had variety of food to eat for breakfast ( fresh fruits and freshly cooked food), and the service was fantastic.

Cons:

The elevator was quite tight but I believe most of the hotels in Italy were the same. We have found this out in Rome. This is no big deal.

Great stay enjoyed Florence.
Pros:

An amazing stay. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. I’d like to shout out to Alessandro, he was amazing when we had a couple drinks at happy hour and he was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with him about his family. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

An elegant and calm accomodation
Pros:

Lovely staff, hotel and rooms always very clean and organised, delicious breakfast options, and great location (close to public transports and local restaurants and straight street towards the main sightseeings in Firenze)
