Pros:

Great pool. Very warm. No hot tub. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Front desk staff was very good, especially Nevelyn.

Pros:

Nice and clean, but just a little bit lack of hydra. Only two bottles of water are not enough for me through whole three days. But it could be my, I slept over morning and handling “don't disturb” sign.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sehr groß. Check-in / Check-out an der Rezeption war einfach. Sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum war sehr klein und Geräte defekt. Das Frühstück ist im Eingangsbereich, wodurch das Sitzen im Winter teilweise kalt ist.

Cyd the evening hostess/bartender was excellent.
I had a small issue with the TV remote and when I let front desk know they took care of it right away, then the manager paid for my breakfast which was a very thoughtful gesture.

terrible and unacceptable
Pros:

the front desk agent refused to work with a long line of customers that already paid and made reservations coming from the airport due to snowstorm and canceled flights and made them wait hours, literally talking 20-30 minutes to process one check in. the worst guest reception I have ever encountered. Avoid this property at all cost.

Cons:

Too far from the airport. Staff are not friendly, tried to call for extra towels, we didn't get a reply. For $200 a night you would think the hotel would provide at least a continental breakfast. Staff told us we have to pay $15-20.
