Ottimo per la posizione ed il prezzo

Personale accogliente e pronto ad aiutare e risolvere eventuali problemi

Cons:

Ci hanno assegnato una camera con un bagno pessimo, gabinetto posizionato ad un altezza troppo alta ( da seduto toccavo appena con le punte per terra ed io sono alto 1,85 M.). Scarico del lavandino era mezzo intasato, non c'era nessun box doccia ma una seduta e quindi si allagava puntualmente tutto il bagno, quindi eravamo costretti a mettere asciugamani per terra per fare barriera, al mattino ricambio di asciugamani inesistente, va già bene che ritiravano quelli per terra bagnati

Pros:

Everything was okay, we got the room very cheap so we weren't expecting anything amazing. Some small things: 1) the hairdryer in the room was broken, 2) we didn't notice the sign at first but you have to ask if you want your room cleaned/ towels changed, 3) a second room key was not possible so we had to share.
However, they had free coffee in the lobby so that was lovely. Mostly the staff were fine, some more pleasant and helpful than others. Location was what we wanted as we were visiting family in Ivry-Sur-Seine

Cons:

Teniamos 1 noche con booking y 4 mas con un paquete de viaje pues de 5 noches solo 1 dia nos pasaron a hacer la cama no nos rellenaron el papel que se habia acabado no limpiaron ni un solo día el lavamanos no funcionaba bien la ducha solo podias usar el grifo del techo, era minuscula la habitación.

Pros:

La posizione abbastanza vicina alla metro 7 (rosa) 10 minuti a piedi dalla quale raggiungere con eventuali cambi in circa 30/40 minuti le attrazioni principali. La colazione sufficiente.

Cons:

Il personale poco empatico e accogliente. Il servizio scadente e la pulizia discutibile.

Pros:

La réaction et la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil

Cons:

Le ménage n'a pas été fait à la sortie des ascenseurs au 5eme étage quelques papiers par terre,un mug sur une table. Dans la chambre des moisissures dans la douche qui celle ci fonctionnait mal et fuyait.

Cons:

Pas de prise près du lit et j’avais 2 petits lits collés qui se décollaient durant la nuit. Et la chaise dans la chambre était cassée. Il faut marcher quasiment 10min pour prendre le tram et assez compliqué également d’y arriver à partir de la gare de Bercy. Sinon c’était cool
