L'intervention du technicien afin de réparer la TV et la douche

Marre du camouflage, le personnel sait très bien où sont les problématiques et rien n'est fait pour une quelconque amélioration, ils dégagent un sentiment d'impuissance, on sent que l'hôtel est fait pour passer et non rester plus d'une nuit. Mon commentaire n'y changera rien, c'est une politique, ils font de l'argent comme ça donc. Il est vrai que le prix reflète la qualité car vraiment pas cher la nuit, proche aéroport et Paris sud mais quand même, c'est un 3* ou pas ?

J'ai passé une excellente première nuitée dans cet établissement et c'est sans aucune hésitation que j'y retourne pour trois nuits ce week-end. Ce qui frappe dès l'arrivée, c'est le calme olympien qui règne à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, mais aussi dans le quartier. On s'y sent vraiment en sécurité.
​Niveau logistique, c'est un sans-faute : le métro (ligne 7) est à seulement 5 minutes de marche, l'arrêt de bus est juste à côté et il y a même un Lidl à proximité immédiate pour les besoins quotidiens. C’est propre, le confort est au rendez-vous et, honnêtement, le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable pour Paris.
​Le service de bagagerie est un vrai plus, géré avec beaucoup de réactivité. Mais le point fort reste l'équipe : des gens aimables, disponibles et vraiment aux petits soins pour les clients. Je tiens à rendre un hommage particulier à Marianne pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance naturelle. C’est grâce à des personnes comme elle que l’on passe d’un bon séjour à une expérience mémorable, je valide et je recommande vivement

It is really good for this price in Paris. Recommend to stay
Pros:

The properties are installed sufficiently. I love the bathroom. Beds are clean and the matress are really comfortable. I am easy to sweat when I lay on a thick matress but I did not get it here. Especially, it is very close to 13th District so I could find easily Asian restaurants.

Cons:

The room does not have sockets for both 2 beds but it is still okay when I could charge my phone by USB gate.
