Les oreillers sont jolis mais inconfortables. Notre chambre donnait sur le palier et je vous confirme un manque d’insonorisation lorsque les clients parlent fort.

A localização é boa e os funcionários São muito atenciosos

Cons:

Eu pedi reservei 1 quarto pra família e chegando lá nos dividiram em 2 quartos muito pequenos, sem avisar com antecedência. Tive que deixar uma criança e um adolescente em quarto separado.
As camas dos quartos eram muito pequenas e se moviam com muita facilidade.

Hôtel bien placé car facile d'accès avec le métro.
Chambre propre convenable en taille ainsi que la salle de bain.
Rapidité d'intervention suite à un problème du pommeau de la douche qui fuyait.
Buffet pour le petit déjeuner avec choix.

Cons:

Personnel pas très accueillant à notre arrivée dans le hall. Peu d'information et pas de document d'accueil sur l'offre de service de l'hôtel. Ce n'est que dans la chambre où nous avons pu feuilleter un petit dépliant explicatif. Nous avons pu découvrir que normalement un café d'accueil est offert. Sauf que la personne d'accueil ne nous l'a pas proposé !
Etant claustrophobe, nous ne prenions que les escaliers pour accéder à notre chambre. Pas très pratique car à chaque fois il fallait demander que l'on nous ouvre la porte d'accès aux escaliers. Notre badge fonctionnait uniquement pour la chambre.
Le pommeau de douche n'a pas été vérifié avant notre arrivée car il fuyait donc douche quasi impossible la 1ère fois.

Très bon accueil et chambre correcte
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel quand je suis arrivé le soir. Je n’ai pas le prénom de mon hôte d’accueil mais je sais juste qu’il est originaire de Sète comme moi ! M’a très gentiment dépanné d’un chauffage d’appoint car la Clim réversible de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Merci encore à lui

Chambre très sale. Le lavabo bouché, impossible de se bosser les dents sans avoir à attendre l'écoulement complet.

such a discousting rooms and hotel. Nobody smile in hotel specially recepsionit. ı dont remember name he is looking like womans and he has long hairs. never ever choose this hotel again. breakfast was not good.
