Pésima actitud del señor en recepción, me dieron otra habitación de la que yo había reservado, el hotel no contaba con estacionamiento, según que estaba lleno, solicité factura y no me mandaron nada

Sehr nettes Personal, und komfortabel

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch etwas modrig, aber mittlerweile bin ich das aus sovielen Häusern in Mexiko gewohnt, Von daher weiß ich nicht ob das ein Problem ist was man hier nicht so einfach beheben kann.
Und der Fahrstuhl hat in meiner Zeit echt einige Technische Probleme gemacht. Man blieb öfters in einem Stock stecken bis man penetrant genug auf die Knöpfe drückte, die Türen gingen unheimlich langsam zu.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en plan de turismo y trabajo, solo o con familia.
Pros:

La gente del hotel muy agradable y atenta. La zona muy bonita, adecuada para caminar. Muy buena ubicación (a 10 minutos caminando del Ángel).

Cons:

Todo bastante bien. La puerta del cuarto tenía un detalle y costaba un poco abrirla o cerrarla (nada grave).

It was okay, with great staff and very clean..rooms a little outdated with different paint patches.
Pros:

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel was a little outdated. Location was great. Wish there were some English channels or even channels to watch the FIFA games in room. Overall nice stay, and staff was excellent!

Beds. TV no FIFA games.

Gut für zwei, drei Übernachtungen

Tolle Lage! 5min Fußweg zur Reforma, 20min zum Unabhängigkeitsengel

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas muffig, Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden.
Auch etwas wenig/ungünstig platzierte Lichtquellen. Allerdings waren wir ja im Sommer und fast nur zum Schlafen da :-)
