en algunas cosas tortuosa
Pros:

para descansar y dormir perfecto

Cons:

el mueble al lado de la cama quebrado la pata, ningun toma cerca para cargar el mobil, el olor de las toallas terrible y el baño deja mucho que desear, las tuberias son viejas y si una habitacion vecina opta por ducharse simbra toda la habitacion con el sonido de las tuberias.

Pros:

La ubicación está excelente, cerca del Paseo de la Reforma, cafeterías y restaurantes. El personal muy amable y eficiente, cuentan con guarda equipaje para los huéspedes sin costo. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Si buscas calidad, precio y ubicación, este es el hotel para ti.

Buena ubicación pero el hotel es viejo y no se ha actualizado.
Pros:

Tiene muy buena ubicación. Hay bastantes restaurantes y cafeterías. Está a dos cuadras del Ángel de la Independencia. La zona es caminable y tranquila.

Cons:

Las habitaciones sí están viejas; tienen muy poca luz; solo hay lámparas pequeñas que no dan buena iluminación.
Las sábanas son viejas; algunas tienen manchas o se sienten ya delgadas por la cantidad de lavadas al igual que los paños si se necesita ya hacer un cambio de estos elementos.
El baño para abrir el agua caliente suena mucho y se oye también cuando los cuartos contiguos intentan abrir la ducha.
Se puede mejorar la limpieza en general. No tiene un mal olor, pero sí hay polvo.
