Fire The Asian Front Desk Monster!
Cons:

They cancelled my booking. When I called, they pretended that they didn't remember who I was. During the phonecalk, I heard someone who sounded like they were pretending they had my voice! Note: I stayed there for around eight months if my unmarried & miss-my-child life!!!!

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend, drei Blocks nördlich vom Paseo de la Reforma. Mir gefällt der Retro-Charme der Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels. Das Internet funktioniert gut, die Leute sind meist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist voll OK.

Personal excelente, instalaciones obsoletas.
Pros:

El personal es excepcionalmente amable y servicial, siempre disponible para ayudarte con cualquier necesidad durante tu estancia.

Cons:

Las instalaciones y habitaciones presentan un evidente desgaste por el paso del tiempo. El baño requiere urgentemente una remodelación integral, mientras que las camas, con sus muelles rígidos y superficies excesivamente duras, provocan contracturas musculares inevitables al levantarse.
