Excellent room
Great location and facilities
The apartment i was staying in had damages in each room when i arrived. Big orange stain on the floor in bedroom, roof tiles and structures hanging off in the kitchen and a towel rail not secure in the bathroom.
Staff were horrible , didnt speak English, no one manned the bar downstairs. Paid a fortune to sleep in a bed. Will not be back.

From the moment the front desk staff greeted us I felt at ease. Lauren did a wonderful job checking us in and went above and beyond to help us. Lauren provided us with advice on where to dine and how to use the hop on and off bus.
The breakfast was awesome with many choices and a great cappuccino machine.
The spa facilities was a great touch and we thoroughly enjoyed it after having travelled.

Spa was closed and there were swimming classes at 6-8 pm. Its of course fine but it doesnt make this spa area relaxing, quite the opposite.
Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, dadurch unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer.

I liked how friendly and quick to assist the staff were. I had my daughter with me and she absolutely loved to pool. It was nice and warm. Our room was beautiful with the exposed brick I had the pull out bed which was comfy. My daughter had the main bed. And she loved it
1 small thing, the hair dryer wasn't working very well sounded like it was going to blow up. I went to reception before we had dinner and informed then we ate dinner in the restaurant went out for a evening walk came back and the hairdryer had been replaced and the staff made made the sofa bed up.
