The spa was very nice to start the day and staff was super kind and welcoming.
Small things: no refrigerator in the room and no toilet brush in the bathroom.
Excellent value for money with large rooms, a bar and restaurant and swimming pool and gym.
Workmen were in my room when I went in, apparently fixing the air conditioning. They were very polite but it was a bit of a shock and they left some residue from their work which meant it wasn't very clean. I'm not sure the rest of the room has been cleaned properly either as there were peanuts on the floor from, I'm assuming, a previous guest.
Food wasn't particularly high quality or value for money.

The place was very clean. Smelled great. Drinks and food were also fantastic and the spa facilities were top notch.
One staff member at the reception in particular called Yanis made our stay. What a gentlemen felt very much welcomed to this establishment due to him. And I will 100% be booking again here in the future.

Dirty, cleaning staff kept opening the windows letting out the a/c that was left on, floors were stained, bed covers stained, shower curtain kept coming on the rod, hotel was really hard to find which your website states location is good and easy, but it's not ... nobody that's local knows where this hotel was. Not worth the money.

Hotel was well-situated, not in the busiest, noisiest part of the centre, but a 5-10 minute walk from central station, which meant it was quieter. Unlike some reviews we did not find the rooms to be outdated or shabby. The room was fine, the bathroom clean, and it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, though the coffee machine could definitely be bettered. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The one and only thing we did not like - and this is common to too many hotels these days - is that the windows had no opening, meaning you have to rely on the aircon system for fresh air. This is bad for the environment, and unnecessary, as it is perfectly possible to have windows which can only open a fraction. Other than that, all good.
Great location for our needs close to town centre plus a great walk along the Clyde to transport museum and tall ship. The pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast had a great selection all in all I had a great birthday experience.
