Comfy & lovely
Pros:

Wonderful experience, really friendly and helpful staff. Leisure centre was great, well equipped gym, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I did enjoy the cold shower.

The room was comfortable, there was a bath tub which we appreciated a lot.

I would love to come back!

Pros:

Breakfast was great. The bar meal we had one lunch time was amazing. The water coolers located around the hotel was brilliant. I always have a glass of water by the bed.

Pros:

So cozy, comfortable and lovely overall. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It's hard to find anything. The toilet flushing mechanism could have functioned a bit better, it was however functional enough so we didn't have to speak to the reception.

Good vfm hotel just off central attractions

Ca. 10 min. bis in die Innenstadt.
Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna. Großes Zimmer

Cons:

Frühstück sehr schwach. Personal an der Rezeption nicht so freundlich. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer

The pool, room was clean and had all we needed
Staff all lovely

Cons:

Very limited options for gluten free (coeliacs)
Staff attended room at 1130 due to a noise complaint although myself, elderly mother and son were simply talking and watching tv. Getting ready and in bed at the time staff attended

Lovely comfortable hotel, great pool
Pros:

A lovely stay, friendly, welcoming staff. The room was a good size and very comfortable.
The pool was great, we loved swimming and the jacuzzi was a real treat and nice and hot
Not far from the station, a nice location.
Cant fault here and we look forward to staying again

Cons:

Mini bar or fridge in the room would be nice

Sofa bed was nowhere near as comfy as the bed, a smaller second bed would have been nicer

Excellent room, staff and service but parts of hotel require refurbishment.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom requires refurbishment. Pool area and changing rooms require refurbishment also as looking very tired and dated.

Convenient. Good bits spoiled by the negative bits.
Pros:

Welcome from Scott,very professional an asset to the hotel. Hotel was spotless. Room was large spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Ordered Dinner and food was very nice. Breakfast was also good well presented and good choice.

Cons:

Room was a bit tired wardrobe etc very well used.
We went for dinner and ordered drinks prior to meal order and they wanted payment when drinks brought to our table ( a large wine in a dirty glass ) prior to ordering our meal, they made us think that they thought we were going to run off it was very uncomfortable 🥴. We have traveled a great deal and never experienced any thing like it. The restaurant staff including the manageress could do with some customer first training.
After our night out we arrived back at 10.30pm and the bar was closed! Again very unusual. So unfortunately these things mean I wouldn’t recommend or use the hotel again .
