Great location, drinks and food!
Pros:

We were competing in a Hyrox so were conveniently located to get too and from the SEC. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff super helpful. The food was also really tasty and there was a good selection of beers available.

Cons:

It was a little noisy and my friends room door didnt lock and the safe didn’t work but the reception were able to quickly rectify that.

Good location but needs improvements.
Pros:

Hotel was well located for the Hyrox at the SEC and also for being able to walk into town.

Cons:

The room was very dated.
There was no ability to open the window to get any sort of ventilation.
The cooling system didn't work and the instructions they gave were for the old outdated system.

Exceptional Service
Pros:

First thoughts from the outside were a bit of a where are we staying.
However once inside it is a really nice, well designed and clean hotel. We were checked in by a lovely young lady, Ava, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I stay in many hotels, normally for work and she is by far one of the best front of house/reception staff I have experienced. The room, a twin, is incredibly spacious and clean. We will be booking for our trip next year.

Great location, super friendly staff, great facilities
Pros:

Just stayed one night and I was in a junior suite, which was really spacious, bathroom was so clean.
extra pillows were there along with bath robes. used the health suite as well, there was only a couple of people in.
All the staff where more than helpful and overall I couldnt fault my stay. this is the 2nd time I've stayed here and i would def come back again !

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay, hotel room was spacious and well equipped with a nice bathroom including toiletries. Breakfast was £15 but remember to book the day before otherwise it’s £18. Whatever time breakfast is served to (9.30 weekday 10am weekend) that’s what time food stops being available so make sure you leave enough time to fully enjoy it. We are in the restaurant both nights, the food was good, but the service was very slow on the first night.

A nice comfortable stay.
Pros:

The studio apartment was great. The room was kept at a nice temperature. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

There was no cheese at the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is insane not to have cheese at a breakfast buffet. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom which is really weird.

Despite the sad circumstances was an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Hotel had everything we wanted. Good location near city centre , close to major transport links , clean room , bonus of a swimming pool , polite staff and acknowledged that we were a late check in and empathised that we were there due to an unexpected death of one of our siblings. The price was excellent.

Cons:

Only comment , not a complaint , would be the bathroom door needs a very minor adjustment as was sticking to the floor. Perhaps a chocolate sachet alongside the coffees and tea supplied.

Wonderful. We will use this hotel every time we visit Glasgow.
Pros:

We had a free upgrade to a lovely room with a great view. Bed was big and very comfortable.

Cons:

The bar shut earlier than I would have liked but that may be Scottish law.
