Upper floors easy accessible by lift
Lobby had drinking water and air purifiers which I had not seen anywhere in scotland.
The reception was courteous

We had a major leak — water coming through the light fixture in our kitchenette. We told the from desk and they were not surprised, and somewhat dismissive. “This happens when you use the ac too much.” (We used it only when we were in the room, turning it off when we were gone during the day).

Good pool facilities, room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly.
The air con wasn’t great - it was noisy, so couldn’t be left on overnight and not very cold when on. No option for late check out due to being fully booked. Location a bit further from centre than ideal.
