Think I have said it all, we will certainly be back, thankyou for everything!

When we arrived at the hotel we were extremely surprised at the quality as we had paid such a modest price for our stay. From the moment we were checked in we were delighted with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. We had breakfast the next morning and again it was more than we expected. My wife and I can safely say it was the most relaxed experience and beautiful breakfast we have had in a long time. Everything was fresh and of a high standard. What made it was the lovely staff, they made it a treat and were particularly attentive to every aspect of our needs. So can we just give a special thankyou to the two girls who were looking after us that particular morning. It's location was perfect for what we required, we were over for the Strictly Come Dancing tour and the venue was just a few minutes down the road. Five minutes in the other direction was Buchanan Street, a shopping experience which my wife enjoyed very much. So can we just take this opportunity to thank the Hotel and their magnificent staff for giving us a 10 out of 10 experience.

Pros:

Stayed here many years ago and it has been updated to a very good standard. This hotel was very tired but is now modern and clean. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good.

One of the best hotels I have used in recent years, would definitely return!
Pros:

Great location, less than 10 minute walk from Central Station
Everywhere is spotlessly clean
Spacious room
Bed and pillows really comfortable
Great bathroom
Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room all great.

Cons:

Was disappointed that so much of pool taken up by swim clubs.
I had specifically booked this hotel so I could use the pool after a day in Glasgow and before dinner but this was impossible because of the clubs taking up majority of pool.
However, managed to spend a lovely hour using the facilities in the morning.
Whilst staff were very efficient, not really the friendliest!

great hotel worth a visit
Pros:

hotel is clean room was lovely the beds are super comfy staff were really nice and polite. chef made my tagliatelle to my preferences thanks for that and it was lovely. I cannot fault anything will defo look to book again for my next visit to glasgow

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and good location.
Pros:

As a party of 3 comprising my daughter and a friend, we were delighted to have been upgraded to a suite which gave us a little more room. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons:

The water pressure wasn’t great in the shower although it wasn’t a problem. The toilet took a while to fill after flushing but again, this wasn’t a major issue.

Family room overnight stay
Pros:

Bar area was lovely, warm and inviting. Quality food and drinks, good service. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner amd the pool changing area also had room for improvement with cleanliness. The bar was closed fairly early in the evening.
