Flat pillows, freezer unusable, ice machine inadequate, gates to back patio stuck closed, patio area had lots of dog poop, no smart tv, vending machine empty and broken, no tea

They staff were friend and helpful as well as providing information for guest to know around town. I will recommend this place to friends and loved ones! The rooms are clean and the sheets are so soft ❤️
DO NOT STAY !Have stayed here many times through the years. Absolutely never again. I had my key fail, and went to have it replaced around 11:30 pm. The front desk was closed and lobby locked, so I rang bell as instructed. THe man that emerged to help me was immediately hostile and aggressive. Blaming me for the key failure( it worked fifteen minutes earlier, and was never exposed to a cell phone or anything similar) Repeatedly yelling at me and telling me to calm down as I stood there calm just asking for access to my room. He threatened to kick me out of the hotel(nearly midnight at this point) repeatedly. Asked if we needed to go outside to settle this, and continued to get more and more agitated. I never raised my voice, or showed any hostility. I just kept asking to get into my room. He told me it was working fine and that I was too stupid to work the hotel lock. Refused to give me a key. Insisted on taking me to my room to show me that the key worked. (Spoiler Alert!) it did not. Nor did the key he made to replace it. He told me it was my fault that the lock wasnt working. Then tried his master, which also did not work right away. He eventually got it open with the master, yelled at me some more and stormed off, without providing a key. I again asked for a key please. He again threatened to kick me out. He came back 20 minutes later with a key that apparently worked, again blamed me , and never once apologized. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Not clean, or nice or quaint.
They have nice clean rooms and really nice Bible in our room that you can easily read and understand. Staff was very accommodating

Kind service
Clean quiet. And convenient
The lobby and pool area were nice and clean. The room, not so much. The walls and doors had splash stains, the shower curtain was slimy, the air conditioner was loud, as was the fan. You could hear water pipes from neighboring rooms, quite loud. The TV is small but channels were plentiful. The bed was clean and comfy but the pillows were small and inflexible. Staff was friendly and nice. The pool and hot tub area was inviting, nice place to sit but the hot tub was luke warm. I was disappointed.
I must say that the front desk emplyees are very good. The breakfast prepared by, a maintenance person ??? (Bill) very poor. I opted no breakfast.
The breakfast was essentially non existent. A bagel and a hard boiled egg. The hotel was barely occupied yet would not accomodate using two parking places for my very small c car and camping trailer.
