Bathtub was dirty

I was refused my room even after it was paid for. I need a refund back ASAP

Old. Location. Poor

Property was old and the rooms were very dated.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, there was excessive mold under the lower shelf in the shower and the toilet needed scrubbing. There really could be more than one chair in the room, that’s great if you are staying by yourself, but really inconvenient when there are two people. There are also no charging ports and the lamps had spots on the shades, they could do a better job.

The pictures on the website of the rooms are very incorrect. I received the TEMU version of the hotel. The pillows and beds are not comfortable. We travel a lot and I am not one to complain about hotels but these were terrible and nothing like described. The carpet was super dingy. The bathroom was gross. There was mold and mildew in the shower. It looked like they had down a really bad job on a repair to the bottom of the tub and the paint or whatever they did the repair with was coming off when I was running my Childs bath and when I leaned over to try to wash her quickly while the water was running, that's when I noticed the mold and mildew in the corner and it was a lot. The lock on the door did not operate properly. I did get it to finally lock or I would have requested a new room. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I spoke to the front desk in the morning and she could tell I wasn't happy and told me to be honest about my stay so I was. She said they do have a renovation that was already supposed to be started but isn't and apologized but didn't offer any sort of compensation or refunds for the issues on our room.

The hotel never answered my emails. Called twice to confirm my room only to arrive from an international flight at 11pm to find our room taken by someone else. The card reader for the door wasn't working well in the room they gave us, the wifi was bad, the floor was slanted so sitting at the dining table your table and chairs were slanted, the jacuzzi tub didn't work. Someone accidentally defecated on the third floor hallway and after one hour and twice informing front desk it still wasn't cleaned up. The desk staff was clueless when we arrived as to why our room was taken by someone else and definitely did nor seem to have any training or communication skills. We paid way to much for the double queen suites...even though the next day we were offered our original room on the second floor, we would have had to repack, move and unpack, taking valuable time out so we stayed but....we won't stay there again. Oh one other item, they never gave us our wake up call the morning we left for the airport. Someone forgot to write down on their notes that we wanted a wake up call. They had the room # but not the wake up call. We stayed Monday night to Saturday morning. The manager did give us a 50% discount for the first day there. Overall it fulfilled its purpose for our trip but our experience could have easily been avoided.
