Pros:

Le personnel était agréable et à l'écoute.

Cons:

L'hôtel est annoncé avec piscine ouverte et le personnel nous assure qu'on peut s'y baigner mais celle-ci est verte et remplie d'algues.
La plupart des équipements de la salle de sport sont cassés avec une affiche "out of order".
La lessive normalement disponible à la lingerie était aussi "out of order".
Pour finir le robinet de notre baignoire était cassé et a nécessité une réparation par le technicien, qui était très aimable.
Par chance nous ne restions qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel.
L'hôtel n'a accepté aucune négociation de booking pour compenser le manque de service.

Pros:

Location was good. Staff helpful

Cons:

Room was not clean. Hair in shower where the drain was also blocked so unable to get a shower. However this was reported and fixed very quickly to be fair. However the room and some red sticky jam like substance between the beds so the floor had clearly not been cleaned. TV did not work. Sheets and covers stained. Unable to open fridge door initially due to how it was housed. I tilted it to get it open and found a previous guests drinks bottle in there. Seal around the door was falling off. Toilet door would hit the toilet seat everytime it was opened and the seat would not stay up. Pool was full of branches and debris. Looked overly green so decided not to use. Breakfast was a bit of a joke so really surprised on some reviews. The fridge that was supposed to contain the yogurts snd dairy produce was completely empty. No milk. Couldn’t even make a piece of toast as no bread. No decaf coffee at all so my breakfast consisted of a banana. Not even any water to get a drink.

It was affordable and good location.
Pros:

It was a Route 66 fun style murals of old movie stars.
Good location. Staff friendly.

Cons:

We were put in a dark pet room. We have a very small dog. I guess that’s what you get when you travel with your pet.
