La struttura abbastanza accogliente

Cons:

Mal estrema rumorosità del condizionatore non ci ha fatto dormire nulla. Abbiamo spento tante volte ma poi si moriva dal caldo

Colazione continentale ottima e con uno spazio adeguato. La piscina è stata perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in macchina. Camera pulita e confortevole. Personale gentile, disponibile e molto accogliente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto attendere circa un’ora prima di poter entrare in camera, perché Booking non aveva ancora effettuato il pagamento alla struttura. La receptionist ci ha trattenuti in reception per circa un’ora nel tentativo di risolvere la situazione. Comprendiamo che il problema non fosse direttamente imputabile all’hotel, ma per noi è stato comunque un inconveniente piuttosto pesante, soprattutto dopo il viaggio.

Am Frühstück muss dringend gearbeitet werden. Auch der Service bei kaputten Elektrogeräten gehört unbedingt verbessert.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, genauso wie unser Kühlschrank. Wir durften dann einen in einem anderen Zimmer benutzen. Mussten also alle Sachen in ein anderes Zimmer tragen und das war schon recht aufwändig. Außerdem war das Frühstück an der Katastrophe. Es wurde gefühlt von jedem Nahrungsmittel nur eines angeboten. Man extra nachfragen und hatte dann gleich ein schlechtes Gewissen.

Overall, a terrible experience and definitely not a place I would recommend.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The room was absolutely filthy. Breakfast was awful too — powdered scrambled eggs and cheap, processed sausages. Definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall, a really disappointing experience.

Hotel charged one room twice, never replied to refund their intentional mistake. They gained 1 night and lost a customer forever. Worse customer service and front desk person don't care.

Pros:

The Ac was amazing, clean sheets and towels every night, and it was a safe location as a single traveler. There are a ton of cameras and double locks on the doors.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and the tub drain was slow to drain the water. I left and came back to the floor of the tub slimy and wet.
