Very Pleasant Stay – Highly Recommended
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, in a generally quiet and safe neighborhood, with lovely and high-quality places nearby for food and drinks. It is also very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and about 7 minutes from the U-Bahn station. Getting to the center of Berlin takes around 20–25 minutes by bus, depending on where you want to go.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, every morning we could enjoy complimentary croissants, coffee, or tea, which was a very nice gesture.

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Our group had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Prettig hotel, op goede plek, fijn personeel!
Pros:

De kamer is redelijk ruim, de bedden zijn goed en er staat een fijne stoel. De locatie is perfect. Midden in het centrum, dicht bij OV en toch rustig en stil.
Leuk: croissantje bij de koffie in de morgen!

Cons:

De douche was dan weer warm dan weer koud en de kamer was behoorlijk warm ‘‘s nachts, ook met de ramen open.

Pros:

Hotel ben posizionato e con metro vicina. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa e silenziosa. Colazione inclusa, molto basica ma comunque di qualità.

Cons:

Unico neo è che la pulizia camere e rifacimento letto non viene fatta tutti i giorni. Credo solo ogni 3 giorni.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, zentral gelegen. Wasserkocher mit Kaffee-Teezubehör im Zimmer. Am Morgen gibt es Kaffee und Croissants in der Lobby. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, habe mich wohl gefühlt.

A fantastic old school hotel in the heart of Berlin!
Pros:

I had the best experience when staying at this hotel. I travel a lot for work and I have learned that real customer service makes the experience great, not always the most up to date interorior. The staff at this hotel are the best, so welcoming and helpful. They serve coffee and tea all day, sweets, water and croissants. The rooms are so clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Public transport is around the corner and you can also walk to the main shopping area in 2 minutes more or less. I highly recommend this hotel when in Berlin! Thank you!
