Big and comfortable king room with couch.
Breakfast space was tight and not enough service to keep the food stocked. They ran out and had to wait.

Better than average breakfast buffet style set up, allowing guests a wide range of tasty & tempting options; from healthy selection of fruit and chilled yogurt & scrambled eggs to pair with sausage patties, to waffle maker with jellies & jams for English muffins & toast... Not to mention a nice chilled juice machine with Apple, Orange & multiple other options to wash everything down as well...!!! Great way to jump start the day...!!!
When it comes to good & not so great, the good far exceeds the other, even though the overall comfort of the bed leaves a little "room for improvement"- but other than that & occasional "hiccups" with the card keys taking multiple attempts to get the room door open, not much else to complain about really...
Location is great being close to the casino. I enjoyed the free breakfast .

The room key didn't exactly work flawlessly, but like all mini-adventures; a few "hiccups" along the way are usually to be
expected to make the overall travel experience complete... I try to take the good with the bad, to avoid getting mad.

The staff was extremely nice when I checked in
Unfortunately my breakers kept shorting out so most of my plugs wouldnt work, the breakfast was very awful. The coffee was burnt and the bagels tasted like they were stale and kept near cleaning supplies as they had a very perfumed flavor. The WiFi was terrible which I needed to accomplish some work ad that’s why I was there
Easy on and off the highway and an easy drive to and from Mohegan Sun.
The first room we were assigned to had a broken shower head. We discovered this right away and I called down to the front desk. They were able to switch us to a different room without any problems.
