Budget pricing but high end experience
Pros:

I like how clean it is, how close it is to the major roads and highways but surprising quite.

Also the internet was super fast. Fastest I had among all hotels in the last 2 years, and I travel a lot for work

The rooms were pretty spacious and there is ample parking. That's about it.

Cons:

The "non-smoking" room smells of cigarette smoke. Even the hallways. Breakfast was quite basic. By 8:30am the croissants were all over and they didn't even seem apologetic. Note that hot food items come at an extra cost. Also, they don't provide drinking water in the room and there is an extra charge for that too.

Cons:

I relayed a concern about the side door that opens into the parking lot. That door leads up the back hallway to each floor.
The outside is not well lit at the side where anyone can come along the back of the building and walk in. The door is not secured and open all the time. Visitors should have to scan your room card to open the door. There are no security cameras at the door or in the stairwell. Someone travelling alone it is a concern that anyone could come into the building.
