Great stay
Pros:

Quote a modern property. We were traveling as two couples and stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and was perfect for what we needed.
Ample parking.
Near to bars, restaurants etc.
Close to Raymond James stadium.

Cons:

Nothing. Would definitely stay here again.

We could walk to Bucks stadium, Outback restaurant right across the street. Front desk staff was very friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. All goods were placed in a tiny galley area and seating was limited. As usual, long line for the waffle maker. Staff worked well keeping up with demand. Coffee was weak

My stay was relaxing but also stressful
Pros:

I liked the breakfast, the stream feature on the tv , wifi and the location of hotel.

Cons:

The hidden security deposit fee for the hotel, that should’ve been detailed in the booking or the representative could’ve told me when i called like 2-3 times to make sure everything was good to go

There’s nothing much I did not like. The only thing id say is the bathroom door had two different color door knobs which I thought was kind of weird.

Pros:

I paid for a king bed suite with a balcony. What I got was a queen bed on the bottom floor. And when I checked in, booking.com listed my name in reverse so front desk had a heck of a time finding reservation (last name Jon; first name Rasmussen. Not a happy camper with service that I paid an additional $125 for room.
