Strategically located to Vatican and surrounding neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and had excellent storage space for suitcases.
No lunch offering at restaurant.

De kamer was netjes, groot en werd dagelijks schoongemaakt.
Het receptiepersoneel is ontzettend onvriendelijk.
De enige vriendelijke bediening hebben we ontvangen van de stagiaire die ons incheckte.
Wanneer we flesjes frisdrank wilde kopen voor op de kamer , kregen we botweg de bar is daar geantwoord. Toen mijn 14 jarige zoon later 2 dekens ging vragen (omdat ik om medische redenen mijn benen hoog moest leggen) kreeg hij de boodschap dat er volgende keer een volwassene moest gaan.
Bij het uitchecken kregen we simpelweg de rekening en dan ok, bye. Van hospitality hebben ze hier nog nooit gehoord.
De receptionisten hebben wat dat betreft nog veel te leren van het onderhoudspersoneel en de verwelkoming aan het ontbijt.
Het ontbijt en de kamers waren overigens wel erg goed.
