Parking is free only for cars with up to 5 seats and for motorcycles. Parking for all larger vehicles requires a reservation and incurs a fee of €30.00 per day. If the parking area is full, you must leave your keys at reception so the vehicle can be moved, as it will be parked in a double-parked position.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. It’s a 20 minute walk from the Vatican. But it feels far enough away to be outside the hustle and bustle so after a day in Rome, this is the perfectly placed retreat. The metro line station is a ten minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were attentive and professional. The hotel lobby is sparkling clean with beautiful marble tile entrance, and plush couches. This theme is followed into the rooms that are immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is in a residential area of Rome, and the suburb it’s in is peaceful. There are literally dozens of trattorias and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel and due to its location those trattoria’s do not have central Rome tourist trap prices. The breakfasts are fantastic too!! A brilliant place to stay when visiting Rome!

The free parking was great. The rooms were spacious. Could watch Netflix for free because someone forgot to log out of their account. Breakfast was good but the same every day (we only stayed 2 days). It was very close to our venue where we had the wedding but overall very far away from anything that people usually come to Rome for. Excellent quiet neighborhood.
Maybe its a Rome/Italy thing but in other countries I've traveled, 4* usually have better and more modern facilities. The bathroom felt like it was renovated in 2005 and left unchanged. Also only 3 towels is kinda unexpected but maybe again, it's a Rome/Italy thing. I wonder if the 5* are better in this aspect but the price gap between 4 and 5 here was astronomical (see close by Cavalieri)
Very clean , perfect location , a little bit away for main city but not to far that it was a problem , loads of buses , trams and trains , lovely outside area with a little pool, which is perfect after a full day walking around Rome . Lovely gym which my two teenagers used a couple of times . My husband and son have coeliac disease and they were amazing with providing gluten-free breakfast. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for this.

Cleaning and location
The air conditioning was unavailable from approximately 02:00 until 06:00, resulting in excessive heat that prevented us from sleeping. Upon reporting the issue, staff informed us that the system is routinely deactivated during these hours and restored at 06:00. The swimming pool was considerably smaller and more congested than depicted in the photographs, which suggested a much larger facility.
Wir haben auf einem Italien-Trip hier Station gemacht. Ein wunderbares Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal, sehr schönen Zimmern und einem Garten mit Pool. Beim Frühstück haben wir nichts vermisst und auch die Hotelbar bekommt von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abseits vom Stadtzentrum in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, aber: Die Station Appiano (Vorortzüge, dort im Tunnel, also kein Zuglärm) ist direkt um die Ecke (Hintereingang benutzen, dort ist auch gleich ein Fahrkartenautomat) und der Zug bringt Dich in ca. 6min zur Station San Pietro (Petersdom). Die nächste Metrostation (Linie A, Station Cipro) ist etwa 12-15min zu Fuß entfernt. Unser Auto hatte einen Stellplatz auf dem Hotelparkplatz, stand dort gut und sicher, so dass wir die Stadt mit dem ÖPNV erkunden konnten. Wer gern joggt oder Rennrad fährt: Direkt hinter dem Hotel ist eine schöne Rad- und Joggingstrecke (oberhalb der dort in einem Tunnel verlaufenden Bahnlinie), die auch rege genutzt wird. Kurz zusammengefasst: Ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Colazione sostanziosa, ma avrei preferito meno cose ma fatte in pasticceria e non industriali.

The air conditioning quality at night was terrible. The system is controlled by the hotel. The night temperature in our room was 28 and 28,5. The air was difficult to breathe at night, the circulation was negligible and I had a migraine because of it. The pool was dirty, the water was murky and the scum line was clearly never cleaned.

They provided 1 complimentary water bottle for our entire 6 days. Say for example you book a separate room each day for 6 days you would get 6 individual water bottles, but since we booked only for one room we only have one bottle. If we wanted an extra bottle they said we need to pay extra for a water bottle.
Our mom was tired and hotel food was not to our wanting we got some food from out they refused to give any plates in their rest and the reception didn't have any plates to give, we had to buy plates from a local shop just to eat our food.
They had the same breakfast for 6 days no change
The pool was small and closed at 7pm
