Windows were unlocked in our room (first floor btw), old guy that works here smoking cigarettes right at the front door while about 12-15 people were sitting just inside eating breakfast. When I said something to the guy about how thats not cool or allowed...he stated with "yes it is".
First time we stayed in Oct 2025, same guy and a lady would not clean up after someone's dog poop infront of the elevator on whichever floor we were on. So we spent 2 days and 1 morning stepping over it and lifting our luggage over it. 2 times here and both were not good. This time with the windows being left unlocked, I feel like someone did that to rob the next people staying in this room. Not cool at all. Staff cleaning the rooms don't have a clue what you're saying to them. All they do is say "yes yes" "ok". But you didnt ask a yes or no question and the blank look on their face says it all too.

2 top it off, when we were exiting the building loading our vehicle up. 2 older ladies thought it was a nice thing to both sit on the steps and smoke cigarettes. Ash tray bins right outside all the doors and thats all you smell.🤮🤢. Bathing towels had stains all over 5 of the 8 we used. Noticeable stains, but washed.

Well since this one asked about noise. People right above us stomped on the floor both mornings. Also the room next to us or 2 down not sure. Had 2 whiny and howling dogs both mornings as they let him out to use the restroom. Both not y'alls fault it just adds to it. It's loke dont bring a baby into a movie, well dont bring your whiny animals into a hotel to aggravate others and wake them up. How disrespectful of all these people not carrying about others, just themselves. And Im the reaction.

Cons:

First night shower knob broke, they couldn't fix until next day. Also they did not enforce NO SMOKING sing by front door. Had to walk by cigarette smoke every time.

Pros:

We came in late. Hungry, tired and dirty from moving to a new home. After reaching exhaustion and the home not ready we picked up to find a clean quiet place to rest. Front desk was welcoming and accommodating. Our pet.was welcomed and had plenty of space in the room to play and rest. The room was clean comfortable. My son enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before we headed out to start all over again.

To be completely honest not much.
