Pros:

Really didn't get to experience the room. Booked and paid online get to property they wanted an additional $100+ couldn't pay this now I cant get a refund. Never was told that once I pay online that I would have to pay more money at check-in.

Pros:

Staff was pleasant very helpful , room was clean

Cons:

The pool uses salt water dnt expect it to be clear. Ice machine downstairs was out entire visit we were here for baseball tournment. The bathtub was stained and outdated.

The hotel had the first floor closed due to some flooding. They should have revealed there issues as it was a problem wi

The bed was comfortable and I had plenty of pillows.

Cons:

The carpet was old and smelled musty. The chair fabrics were worn and some of the outdoor furniture was broken. The kitchen staff did not keep up with the breakfast bar and the water in the lobby was empty.

The location was great. There cleanliness of the was good. Just the bed had hair in it.

There were hair in the bed. I don't know why long strans of hair were in the bed. I don't know if the bed linen wasn't changed or what.

Pros:

The location was perfect for us. Near good restaurants, and ease of reaching the areas we wanted to see. From the moment we arrived the staff was great! So helpful.

Cons:

The only negative was the weather which they don't control,but they provided great info on where to go and where to park.
