The bedroom area is open to kitchen/living area, most Residence Inns those are separated by wall and door. Not set up in various buildings like most Residence Inns but in one big building. Smoke free facility reeked of pot on our second floor, and some on main floor by elevators.
Room was ok.
I was getting charged way to much, especially on weekdays, last Tuesday I was charged 230$ and the next day 240$, especially because the women the works the late shift doesn't know how to extend, a night, instead every day she would make me a brand new reservation, and I was getting a room fee extra taxes every time, the other people knew what they were doing, I spent a lot!! Of money there and was treated and payed extra when I shouldn't have, I still haven't got any room fees back on my account, and I deserve money back because of that lady not knowing how to do her job, she even said to me that she didn't know how to extend a reservation, I literally paid more on a Tues and Wednesday than I did on a Friday or Saturday, I think I'm owed money after already spending a lot staying for awhile.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and appeared it was well cared for. The staff at the front desk was exceptional in their service. Our room was in order and ready when we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with plenty food choices to satisfy everyone. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. She added fresh food when it was needed and she kept the area clean. The pool and pool area was clean and in order. Towels were available and when the towels ran out, the front desk quickly replaced them. We were very happy with our stay.
Adding another waffle maker at breakfast would be helpful. Waffles are always one of the favorite breakfast food and more than one waffle maker with accommodate guests better. Also to make sure to pull out the sleeper sofa in the suites when they are being cleaned to make sure previous guests have not left anything behind in the sofa. We did find something in the bed of the sofa, so we did not use it as we had planned. Otherwise, everything was great!

It is a convenient location. Nice lobby. Nice to have kitchen essentials.
Huge nasty stain on the pullout sofa in room 222. Also most uncomfortable sofa bed i have ever slept on- and that’s saying a lot. It needs to be replaced. There was a HUGE Crowd of young children in pool screaming incessantly and while i appreciate they’re having fun it made it so no one else could enjoy and likely the small space was way over capacity. Also there should be a sign on the main road to help find the place.

There is a lack of information about their hotel online. If you have a pet it costs $125.00 USD for them to clean the room after your stay. That is the cost of 1 night at the hotel. I asked for a reservation change. They said they approved it but, it never changed on the app. I chose a different hotel because of the cost of my dog at a supposedly pet friendly place. They charged me $132.56 a week after the cancelation. SMH. Never will I stay at a residence inn......

Bathroom not to clean
The location was OK.
Cleanliness was a major issue for this hotel. We rejected the 1st suite we're given because of blood droplets on the carpet, a dingy chair, and a badly stained ottoman. The 2nd suite we got had pink mildew rings around the tub drains and black mildew streaks in the toilets. Powerful drawbacks yes, but we weren't interested in risking a 3rd or 4th strike after over 10hrs on the road, arriving at 1:00 am in the morning, being tired, knowing housekeeping would come in few hours, and having Clorox wipes to clean up in the meantime. Housekeeping didn't come on Tuesday. Tuesday night, I had to ask the front desk for clean bedding and change it myself because of blood smudges on the backside of our comforter. Wednesday housekeeping was a no-show. I called the front desk. MANAGER ON DUTY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD HAVE CLEANED OUR ROOM, BUT HAD NO IDEA WHY THEY DIDN'T. She said the mildew stains were permanent(photo of faded streaks) and said no to a discount (30%). Thursday, the housekeeper skipped our room, and told the front desk we had sign on our door. WE DID NOT HAVE A SIGN ON OUR DOOR. WE REMINDED THE FRONT DESK SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE HOUSEKEEPING CLEAN. Friday, the housekeeper came. We were leaving in 10 minutes and asked her to come. She said she would leave a note for a co-worker to clean our suite. It wasn't cleaned. THE GM DIDN'T CLARIFY WITH ME OR HUSBAND THAT WE DIDN'T SEE BLOOD ON THE CARPET. THE MESSAGE SHE SENT THROUGH BOOKING.COM THAT HER PROPERTY WAS LAST RENO IN 2018 WAS HER NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE HOTELS WEAR AND TEAR. She dutifully monitored the hotel while off site, and tried to accommodate me, yet she never talked to me. She contacted Booking.com on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving to release me from my reservation without calling me. Magically, she could now give me the 3rd party discount because she could not meet my expectations. She answered my voice mail and contacted Booking.
