The location and the staff.
The emergence exit.
This hotel is pretty, in a great location in a beautiful building. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up paying extra for that. The room for 4 of us was very spacious.
The number of US flags in the artwork was confusing. It's Canadian owned, in a Canadian city, use a Canadian flag.
The room really needed a good shampoo and clean.
The breakfast was not worth the extra charge. You have to go up to the bar and ask for a croissant and/or a chocolate croissant and a glass of either orange or apple juice and a coffee. That's it. That's the breakfast. Considering the hotel is over $300 a night, i think they could provide a better breakfast.

But dated and if your room faces towards old town it can be a bit noisy at night.

Art work is amazing!! Location is very central in Old Montreal close to restaurants and cafes like very popular Dandy and Crew Coffee
The breakfast is just croissant and tea / coffee. There could be additions like fruit and cheese.

Breakfast - it would have been nice to have something other than pastries and croissants. Fruit, yogurt, and granola would be a welcome addition. No dairy alternatives for milk as well. Also, the lobby with all of the artwork and lights can be a bit off putting. It's a bit much.
Great staff, very helpful. Allowed us to store our bags while we were exploring the city. Breakfast was perfect!

Der Zustand der Technik im Haus lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Der Fahrstuhl war am Wochenende mal wieder außer Betrieb, was bei einem Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk und mit sehr schweren Koffern echt zur Herausforderung wurde. Auch ist die Elektroinstallation im Zimmer teilweise sehr abenteuerlich.
