This is my second stay here while visiting Graceland and would recommend.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was very good. Cinnamon rolls were my favorite. Outdoor pool was nice and welcoming. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive to us.

Holiday Inn needs to build a new hotel and sell this one.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and professional. The fresh ground coffee and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The mattress felt like it needed to be replaced. My wife and I ended up in the middle of the bed. We just kind of sunk there. Also the people in the room above us seemed like they were stomping on the ceiling until about 12:00am. Finally at 5:07am the refrigerator in our room started clicking and I had to unplug it. Then it started leaking water in the floor. It appears that it had done this before because the ceramic tiles around it were loose. There was also rust in the bathtub and the lights above the headboards had dust hanging off of them.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel!! The service was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Check-in was a breeze and they put us on the bottom floor because I had my service dog with me! I was never treated differently or asked any questions!

Cons:

The wi-fi in the room was very spotty at times. It would cut in and out and before long we just turned it off and used our data.

Cons:

It wasn't very clean. Shower didn't work in our room. Phone didn't work to call for maintenance, had to go downstairs. No door hanger in bathroom.

Good place to stay in olive grove.
Pros:

Customer service, clean room and facility, delicious breakfast, and God location.

Cons:

The bathroom was needing a touch up. Didn't have all the towels we needed for 5 people.
