On the Gran Via, the Boutique Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina, is centrally located and in a beautiful area of Madrid. It's so easy to get around from this location. The room was very nice. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family when they go to Madrid.
I was in two different rooms and in the second one the bed was so huge for the length of the room that it was difficult to get between the wall and the bed if you wanted to get to the bathroom. It was very inconvenient.
Great location, good staff, nice bar
The bathroom was very small, I mean I’m not a big person and it was cramped.
We spent 11 nights at the Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina. The staff were very welcoming and their warmth continued right up to the minute that we left.
The location of Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina can not be beaten. No matter what we wanted, we could walk to. The busses 001 & 002 came by the hotel and often we would jump on to (mostly 001). Both are free, you just have to ask for a ticket, I guess that it’s to keep track of numbers.
The breakfast was wonderful. After a few days, we knew that we didn’t have to eat everything that was offered. This kept the limited variety different.
Our room (510) was a good size, with a very nice terrace. There were a few minor problems but we mentioned this to the staff and they corrected or fixed them right away. It faces north(ish). So, in the summer it would be a nice place to soak up the sun.
The bar was fun to hang out and have a drink in. Again, wonderful, attentive staff.
Good evening
Four ladies stayed in your beautiful hotel very recently and we feel the need to share our recommendation with future guests.
The location of the hotel is wonderfully central. There’s a lovely buzz about the foyer however never loud. From the first day we arrived until the day we left we were treated very well indeed. The staff are very friendly and eager to be solution focussed for all queries. Breakfast was amazing so full of variety.
We would like to particularly compliment Ainhoa in the bar as she couldn’t do enough for us. We ate in the hotel most nights and Ainhoa organised a table for us. Her service is exceptional. We would also like to mention a very kind gentleman in the bar he made sure our coffee and tea were very hot. He also assisted one of our group by wheeling a suitcase out of the hotel to the next corner. A big thank you to him also.
H10 hotels provided us with a great service and we would have no doubt in recommending to others. Well done!

It was great to located so close to the shopping, coffee and restaurants on Gran Via. Everything we needed was in short walking distance so it was really convenient. Also, the lounge in the lobby was a great place to have a drink and unwind after a long day exploring Madrid.
Leaving
personnel agréable / Hotel bien situé
Plafond de la chambre en mauvais état
What a wonderful establishment! From the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to the bar staff and right down to the breakfast staff, all staff members were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and eager to help in any situation. I will stay there every time I visit Madrid and so should you!!
Location and price vs value relation
Elegant traditional hotel in a perfect setting within walking distance of The Prado and Parque Retiro.
Location was fantastic, beautiful building, beautiful lobby. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very nice. Beds were comfortable and the staff were fantastic.
The room was very plain and basic, good enough but I was surprised by how un-plush the room was.
Smart, clean, lovely reception/bar area for teas/coffee/cocktails & light food. Very central, everything walkable from here. Nice extras like water bottles refilled daily, dressing gowns…
Rooms are rather small. A standard room had no drawers, 1 v small wardrobe, and we couldn’t open its doors properly, not enough space. We moved to a luxury room (paying extra) which was ok size-wise, still not generous, but with v small bathroom.
