ראשית כל כל עובדי המלון היו נותני שירות מעולים , נחמדים מאוד ואדיבים מאוד.
מיקום המלון פשוט מצויין , בחלק הטוב של גרן ויה. שירות חדרים כל בוקר , הכל נקי באמת החלפת מגבות וניקיון החדר . חדר האוכל מאוד מאוד מזמין , נקי , מעוצב מדהים , לא יותר מדי מבחר בארוחת הבוקר אך מאוד מגוונת אין ספק מאוד ממליץ

Localizacao, dos funcionarios.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto minusculo, nao cabe nada no espaco para roupas, o chuveiro estava nao funcionava direito - muito antigo e nao saia agua direito, barulho no aquecedor central, nao trocaram as toalhas diariamente.

Great location for walking everywhere.
Pros:

I loved the location a few blocks from the harbor at the foot of the Historic Center. So convenient. The rooms are clean and attractive with everything you would want. Staff pleasant and helpful. I will book this hotel if I am back in Malaga.

Cons:

They only give you one complimentary bottle of water. Some hotels give you a new bottle when needed. As a four star hotel I think this should have been included.

Pros:

Era la segunda vez que ibamos a este hotel. La ubicación es genial. El personal del hotel super amable. La habitación correcta y está equipada con todo lo necesario. El baño amplio y con ducha.

Cons:

Una mañana nos estabamos acabando de arreglar para salir, teniamos el no molesten puesto y una camarera de habitación, nos picó para preguntar si queriamos que la limpiara. Nos estrañó mucho que picara con el letrero puesto, pero fue un caso puntual.
