My daughter and I loved the hotel. The staff was super friendly and so welcoming as we arrived. This hotel is in the heart of Gran Via. If you love to walk out your hotel and have everything near you, this is the place to be. Restaurants, lots of stores and we were thrilled to easily find Zara, Primark and all the amazing shopping options. The room was small but the convenience of being so close to all the places we wanted to visit, made it for us. Madrid was absolutely our favorite place and I highly recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel. Stayed there on both the front end and the end of our trip. The staff from meeting you out front, breakfast, bar/cafe and especially the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Such a convenient location to everything.

Espetacular, recepção amorosa, lindo prédio, água e cava na chegada, localização excelente, quarto maravilhoso.
The decor, the great bar, fantastic position, brilliant staff who were welcoming & helpful. Music on Thurs night was a bonus.
The Standard Room was VERY small so we had to upgrade for an extra €90 per night. Don't go STANDARD it's just not worth it.
