Good service, great location
Pros:

Great location. I stayed a very short time, so I could not try their food. The stuffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable bed.

Great location, stunning rooms and will recommend
Pros:

This was an exceptional experience from the check-in, to breakfast and even making sure everything is in order during my stay.

The interior is exceptional and the rooms are well-equipped.

I can seriously recommend this stay

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like about the stay, the bar was cozy after a long day out and the breakfast was broad enough to suit most needs.

central location, great staff, everyone smiles and helpfull.

However hardware is not great and rooms are very small. bu then again all similar hotels in madrid are in a terrible condition.

since the bed was located right next to door, I could hear everything in the hall. shower glass doesnt close so all water spills out. Bathroom is larger than the room by the way.
cupboards are quite worn out. water pipes go through one of the cupboards so I could hear each time above neighbour flushes or showers.
I would say bed is the only positive thing about rooms, quite comfy.

breakfast is average.

ראשית כל כל עובדי המלון היו נותני שירות מעולים , נחמדים מאוד ואדיבים מאוד.
מיקום המלון פשוט מצויין , בחלק הטוב של גרן ויה. שירות חדרים כל בוקר , הכל נקי באמת החלפת מגבות וניקיון החדר . חדר האוכל מאוד מאוד מזמין , נקי , מעוצב מדהים , לא יותר מדי מבחר בארוחת הבוקר אך מאוד מגוונת אין ספק מאוד ממליץ

Localizacao, dos funcionarios.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto minusculo, nao cabe nada no espaco para roupas, o chuveiro estava nao funcionava direito - muito antigo e nao saia agua direito, barulho no aquecedor central, nao trocaram as toalhas diariamente.
