Loud music all night
Cons:

Not very kid friendly the smell of cigarette it’s very strong the place was so noice as there is a bar there with loud music until 3 am we couldn’t sleep very well

Perfect location, nice and central downtown and you can access all nightlife and places nearby to experience downtown Kamloops. Safe with friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely keep coming back to stay here. Bonus was Breakfast!

L'emplacement est parfait en centre ville. Avec parking pas très cher.
L'hôtel est très agréable, d'un style ancien mais en bon état
Petit déjeuner très correct (mais mieux vaut ne pas venir trop tard)

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – laute Musik und renovierungsbedürftiges Badezimmer

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Nacht war eine Katastrophe, da die Musik aus dem Club direkt unter unserem Zimmer extrem laut war. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Gerade in einem Hotel erwartet man, dass man nachts zur Ruhe kommen und vernünftig schlafen kann.

Auch die Dusche war in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Nach meiner Beschwerde bot uns das Hotel als Entgegenkommen 50 % Rabatt auf einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt an und die Parkgebühren von 8 CAD haben sie uns erlassen. Das Angebot ist zwar eine nette Geste, hilft uns jedoch leider kaum weiter, da es sehr unwahrscheinlich ist, dass wir noch einmal in diese Gegend kommen werden.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Insbesondere die massive Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht und der Zustand des Badezimmers haben unseren Eindruck negativ beeinflusst. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Nice Historical building. Clean.
Pros:

I liked the location and historical building. Price was adequate.

Cons:

The parking was not clearly explained, therefore I got a ticket which I'm appealing.
I thought it was 2 double beds; but it was 1 and very small room. It was adequate for 1 nights stay.
