Restauratie niet zoals vermeld in website
La habitación era grande y confortable. Estaba muy bien.
Cuando llegué al aeropuerto, muy tarde para los parámetros belgas, sobre las 12h, debido a retrasos, ya no estaba activo el servicio de lanzadora y el taxi me costó 40€ para un trayecto de menos de 10 minutos. Tomar una cerveza en Bélgica es un atraco.

Goede locatie, ruime kamer met panorama uitzicht en schoon. Goede bedden, we hebben goed geslapen.Geen last van de vliegtuigen die vlak langs onze raam vlogen en de treinen die vlak
bij het hotel reed. Heel goed ontbijt.
We verbleven daar 1 nacht, de volgende dag zijn we door de shuttlebus maar de vlieghaven gereden. De auto kon 16 dagen in de parkeergarage staan, er is goed ingespeeld op de reiziger.

Pour ceux qui arrivent en train, l’hôtel est tout prêt de l'arrêt Diegem et en prenant le passage souterrain sous les voies, on atteint tout de suite l'établissement. La chambre était confortable avec assez d'espace. Nous avons bien apprécié l'amabilité du personnel qui s'est occupé à notre demande de nous réserver la navette gratuite (voiture avec chauffeur) pour aller le matin très tôt jusque l'aéroport, personnel qui peu avant notre départ nous a invités à manger des petits croissants, pains au chocolat, café, etc, tout cela sans supplément.
L’hôtel n'est pas en face de l'aéroport. Mais comme dit plus haut, il organise une navette gratuite qui pallie bien cet inconvénient et nous avons été à l'heure pour prendre notre avion même si nous avons dû nous lever un peu plus tôt.

The NH hotel was perfect for our visit to Brussels. We chose it for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle, which was easy to catch and convenient! It was also perfect to have the train station directly in front of the hotel--we could get to the center in 20 minutes. The staff was always friendly and the hotel was full of perks, such as snacks/coffee in the lobby 24/7. We took advantage of the breakfast, which was excellent and with plenty of options. The room itself was modern, clean and quiet. A great stay!

Ducha necesita mejora, y secador de pelo mas silencioso. servicio en el bar restaurante necesita mejora & profesionalizarse un poco. Wifi no funciono bien.
