Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Incredibly convenient - really close to the airport and the free shuttle service was punctual and helpful! Our room was quiet - we are light sleepers so this was especially important to us! Comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Cons:

For the price, I would have expected breakfast to be included. :)

Modern, comfortable and clean hotel. Excellent location and easy access to public transport.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean hotel in great location. The staff are very firendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated next to the railway line Brussels - Liege. Easy access to Brussels and Brussels airport.

Prima verblijf vlakbij de luchthaven
Pros:

Heel vlotte ontvangst, weliswaar niet in mijn eigen landstaal..., maar zeker gemakkelijk verlopen van check in tot out. Fijne kamer en ideaal zo dicht bij de luchthaven (ook dankzij een vlotte shuttleservice van het hotel zelf).

Cons:

Het blijft raar dat je niet in je eigen landstaal, in je eigen hoofdstad, bediend wordt. Dat mag je toch nergens anders mee hé... maar voor de rest verliep alles perfect.

The service was disappointing, poor value for money.
Pros:

The room was clean and the shuttle service from and to the airport was convenient. The staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The heating did not work properly in the room, it was cold and I had to call twice to get an additional blanket (60+ min waiting time). The room service lost my order, I had to call twice, I ended up waiting for 50 min for the food.
