El personal muy amable y atentos a limpieza y cambios de ropa de cama y toallas

El desayuno, la pileta, la ubicación.
La ubicación es espectacular y las instalaciones están muy bien.
El espacio de la piscina es un poco pequeño en relación a la cantidad de huéspedes que puede haber. El jacuzzi estaba vacío.

El monto que abonamos no coincidió con el importe en la reserva.
La zona de la pileta y el gimnasio está muy deteriorada. La pileta es muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel y el jacuzzi estaba vacío cuando quise usarlo por la mañana. El techo se llueve, igual que en el gimnasio que es un lugar abandonado, con suciedad y aparatos muy viejos y deteriorados.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The staff were pleasant and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room regularly and checking that we had fresh towels and everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable.
The main downside was that the room, particularly the bathroom, was looking quite worn and dated. The bathtub had several visible repairs and areas of rust, making it feel like it was in need of replacement.
It felt like the room had probably been impressive when it was first renovated, but it has since seen much better days and is now in urgent need of refreshing.
