Pros:

Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, good localization and it's very quiet

Cons:

Feels like fun room features like frosted glass doesn't work. Heater in the bathroom also didn't work. There's lack of hangers in bathroom it's hard to get towels dry

Mediocre. Had much better.
Pros:

Rooms were ok

Cons:

My room had noisey plumbing and a blue wall light that could not be turned off. I had to drape a towel over it.
Breakfast was very mediocre. Tables weren’t laid with cutlery. No cooked option. Over priced for what it was.

Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Good location. Rooms were modern and clean.

Cons:

The evening staff were unfriendly , uncooperative and unreasonable. Room was overheated and the only way to prevent it over heating was to turn it on to air conditioning which made it too cool. My room was downgraded because the only executive room category that I did book for was in the basement. They didn’t event attempt to compensate. I suggested throwing in free breakfast or at least complimentary water bottle only to get robotic, we can’t do that. They didn’t event let me switch to my category room when it did become available. They said once you pick a room you can’t change it.

Hôtel bien placé, propre et agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, très propre avec du personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Il manque un petit espace pour pouvoir poser son sac/ses affaires dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain.
Le café disponible dans la chambre n'a pas été remis a disposition pour le deuxième jour.

Great hotel, great service, great location, in other words.....great!
Pros:

Not my first visit nor will it be my last. Wonderful staff, hotel is close to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Will return!

Sehr gutes Zimmer mit Temperaturnachteil
Pros:

Es standen jederzeit frische Handtücher zur Verfügung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sich die Vorhänge bequem per Knopfdruck öffnen und schließen ließen. Der Fernseher funktionierte einwandfrei, was für mich sehr wichtig war. Das Bett verfügte über eine Massagefunktion, die ebenfalls sehr angenehm war.

Das Personal am Empfang war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit problemlos an sie wenden.

Cons:

Leider war es im Zimmer durchgehend sehr kalt. Obwohl die Heizung eingeschaltet und auf 25 Grad eingestellt war, wurde der Raum nicht ausreichend warm.

assolutamente da migliorare questi due aspetti
Pros:

l'albergo e molto pulito e ben arredato, il personale gentile e la posizione comoda ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

la colazione è assolutamente insoddisfacente, scarsa in varietà e quantità, ad esempio eravamo in 4 e c'erano due yogurt, no uova nulla di cotto, le stanze sono eccessivamente tecnologiche , anche spengendo o impostando a temperatura più bassa il termostato, si ripristina in autonomia, le finestre non si aprono e ti senti male dal caldo.
