Very good got a complimentary upgrade as the first rooms TV was faulty
Pros:

The size of the bed was huge very comfortable and had a massage feature

Fantastic stay in the perfect location
Pros:

Fantastic location with Victoria train station being just a few mins away. Staff were all really friendly and accom. The rooms were lovely, extremely comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again

Comfort, elegance and value for money

I send staff to Eccleston everytime they need to stay close to our office and they love it!

Tutto sopra le aspettative: hotel accogliente, pulito, confortevole e staff gentile, preparato e disponibile! Camera molto bella, moderna e davvero avvolgente. Letto molto comodo e bagno nuovo!

Great Little bolthole in the centre of town.
Pros:

An excellent small hotel, with high tech rooms and excellent staff. Reasonably priced too and only five minutes walk form Victoria station!

Pros:

Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, good localization and it's very quiet

Cons:

Feels like fun room features like frosted glass doesn't work. Heater in the bathroom also didn't work. There's lack of hangers in bathroom it's hard to get towels dry

Mediocre. Had much better.
Pros:

Rooms were ok

Cons:

My room had noisey plumbing and a blue wall light that could not be turned off. I had to drape a towel over it.
Breakfast was very mediocre. Tables weren’t laid with cutlery. No cooked option. Over priced for what it was.

Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Good location. Rooms were modern and clean.

Cons:

The evening staff were unfriendly , uncooperative and unreasonable. Room was overheated and the only way to prevent it over heating was to turn it on to air conditioning which made it too cool. My room was downgraded because the only executive room category that I did book for was in the basement. They didn’t event attempt to compensate. I suggested throwing in free breakfast or at least complimentary water bottle only to get robotic, we can’t do that. They didn’t event let me switch to my category room when it did become available. They said once you pick a room you can’t change it.
