Our 1 night stay at the Eccleston Hotel was exceptional. The staff arranged a free room upgrade with extra touches; birthday card and small gift on arrival. The attention to detail was great. Easy location and close to all amenities. I would highly recommend the Eccleston Hotel and would stay again.

All the staff was wonderful and very professionals the stay was very comfortable we had a problem with our room but in minutes the staff solved and changed us to another one
