The room was a little dirty but overall not bad

The service

Everything was wonderful excet the ac was super noisy as was the fan in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly. We did not receive notification that the pool was out of order. There was a bad smell in the hallway. The room smelled fine

Staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. However, electrical outlets were hanging loose by the wires, baseboards were broken, there were flys and spiders, towels had holes and the room smelled musty. Would not recommend this place to others.

Our room was clean. The bathroom tub area needs some fresh caulk.

The property was convenient to the area that I was visiting and the room and facility was clean and nice. The outside area (parking lot and landscaping) was in need of repair but it did not distract from the overall use of the facility.

Nice hotel for families

Old unkempt property that has some kind of septic issue. The bathtub had enamel missing in huge chunks. There was dirt on the floor. The bathroom floor looks like it's brown when it's supposed to be gray. The water pressure is non existent. The side door is broken so anyone can come into the hotel unseen, major security issue. The microwave didn't work, the small fridge is more like a freezer even after adjusting the temperature. Sheets were actually ripped. No room service while you're there.

Poor quality, smelly rooms, toilet and bathrooms were dirty. The people working there were very helpful and kind (I asked to change my room as the dog in the next room was barking)and they accomodates my request

I’d say that the experience was fairly pleasant and straightforward. I did a lot of the sign-in before I got to the hotel, so everything went pretty smoothly at check-in. The room was clean.

Stayed there close to go to a local event was nice.

Smelt like cigarettes only because of someone staying there that night!

Beds were comfortable and ac worked great. The outside of the facility looked very poor. They cut the grass but do not weed eat at all or trim bushes. Hotel has potential but needs management to pay attention to the details.

The property is very run down. Felt like a motel, not a La Quinta. La Quinta is usually affordable, clean, and pet friendly. I’m almost always very happy with my stays. This property is not up to standard. My room smelled very mildew, the pillows were very worn, as well the room was run down. The only positives were the dove soap products and the towels were very clean. If it’s a last resort to stay with your dog or cat, it’s ok. If you have a little more money and other options, I’d go elsewhere.

At check in, the front desk attendant thru the entire process of 5 families checking in never said a single word outside of “I need a drivers license and credit card” in a rude manner

It was good refrigerator didn’t work properly desk front day lady was awesome been there every time I come and very polite breakfast was the same everyday no fruit or variety but I stay here cause the location and the staff daytime are awesome
