Very good
We thought the breakfast was great.
The front desk staff was very nice.
The bathtub and sink had a weird film on it.
The fridge froze everything we put in it.
The end of the hall door did not lock. It didn't feel very safe.
The ironing board is broken and warped.
I like that the property had a pool and continental breakfast that was extremely helpful while having three kids
I did not like the fact that we were extremely busy the very first day we were in town and then you know the first night we were there. We got an extremely late so we basically just brought everything in and went straight to bed and then the next morning got up, eat breakfast and took off and we came back late again probably about nine or 10 at night and I had dropped my son’s bottle on the side of the bed and what I found was disgusting. I found pieces of pills. I found beer bottle calves I found massive amounts of dirt. I found a lot of things after I actually looked closely and not like with a magnifying glass type or anything, but just things I missed when I first looked at the room and how much things are not being clean the way they should be even done lazy like this was beyond lazy
The front desk was amazing at check in and check out!
The room was filthy it had food on the floor when we checked in and pop tops. The washcloth was stained but folded up.
The location
Hot tub was cold, microwave didn’t work, keys had to be made 3 times for the room, the room wasn’t clean very dusty..
No bulbs in lights.
There were clothes left in the room from a previous guest. I called front desk 3 times in my 2 nite stay and they never came to remove them then they had the nerve to call me after check out to say I left clothes in the room!
Everything except for the breakfast.
The breakfast was pretty bad.
We had a new employee, his first night I believe, so check in didn't go real smooth and by 6:30 for breakfast, we were still waiting for other employee to come in to get it started. He definitely was overwhelmed. Should of had some assistance that early in employment. Good luck to him.
Ease of check in
Every time we check in there is always... ALWAYS an issue. It's ranged from opening up a dirty room to literally walking in on someone naked on their bed to the fridge and ac unit not working. Every time we have had to get a new key, so check in is easy as long as you don't mind going back down to fix your key 2 or 3 times during your stay. Also have used booking.com and ended up paying for the room thru them and the hotel staff who didn't actually check my hotel reservation. So I had to at least 2x now go and fight with the manager on the phone about a whole extra room charge. Instead of being helpful and listening to me I have to actually read off every charge from them, which usually also includes a drink charge from their concession stand because we have to go back down to the lobby desk 2 or 3 times.
Also I always say thank you and drop off keys, I never get so much as a nod back in acknowledgement or even an inquiry about which room I was in. Sorta odd.
We've since switched properties we stay at and no longer use this location. We've stayed there at least 6 times, between my partner and I, and there hasn't been an issue free stay ever.
Clean large rooms
Nothing
Helpful and friendly staff!
Nice rooms
1 A bath towel had a hole in it.
2. There was a hair on the edge of the tub.
3. The chair and ottoman need to be burned. SO STAINED AND WORN.
4. AND THE LIGHT ABOVE TBE FRIDGE LEAKED WATER THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. YOUR ROOF HAS A LEAK AND RAIN WATER CAME DOWN THE OUTSIDE OF THE LIGHT FIXTURE ONTO THE CARPET NEAR THE FRIDGE. THE CARPET WAS SOAKED.
