Probably won't come back again.
Cons:

Pool didn't work, it was hard to get consistent heat on the room. I set it for 72 and still ended up with it being 66 overnight. The fan was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep. It also pumped out cool air.

It was ok.
Cons:

When I moved the two "cubes" (small ottomans perhaps) in the living room, there was debris under both of them indicating that the carpet underneth was not vacuumed. Also, the Hot-Tub was cold.

Pros:

I have called around 6pm and notified them about my late arrival. I gave tentative arrival time midnight and we showed up at midnight. There was nobody at the front desk for 40 minutes. The phone rang off the hook. My family and I were tired after 10-hr trip and grew frustrated. Finally, at 12:40AM short black woman came to front desk. She was rude and wouldn't hear any complains. She gave me arrogant sermon and room keys. I couldn't sleep till 3:00AM. We feel that customers are not appreciated at that hotel. We will not stay there any time soon.
