The breakfast is not that have many selections, Ive been in many hotels paying less or same and I had many varieties of breakfast more than what they have service here

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days
Upon check in the sheet had a few hairs in it..we did not say anything cause we didn’t want any issues from the housekeeper since we was staying more then 1 day. The next morning as we were getting ready to go see family one of the housekeepers with long dark hair , pasty white girl with a piercing on her nose came to check our room . We asked that she come back after we left and change our sheets and give us new towels. This lady gave me an attitude like she was stuck up and told me ok. She did this with an attitude that made me want to slap her. I let it go . When we came back after 5 my husband and I noticed nothing was changed , and now new towels . If this is the kind of service from one of your housekeepers in the hotel that management thinks is ok I will never stay here again. A simple request to come later and she acted like she did not want to come back. And she seemed like a smart a** when she expressed she would . Out stuff was never changed and we let an older lady know She must have been the housekeeper boss. With tattoos on her. Apparently these housekeepers especially the white girl with long dark hair and nose piercing who is was doing our room think they can get away with this stuff. Nothing was addressed and this young girl was disrespectful and never came back. It’s ok. We will move our business elsewhere. We stayed to see how it was before booking 12 rooms for my daughters wedding next month. This hotel will not get our buisness for the wedding party after the unprofessional attitude of this young housekeeper This is uncalled for. Even after telling the other lady …nothing was done. No wonder you are a 3 star hotel. And to think we almost booked 12-13 rooms for my daughter wedding coming up. Please address this situation. Horrible. Never again

Chose to stay here after stays in three other hotels in the area that left me feeling unwelcome. This hotel has been very different. Staff have been friendly, accommodating and it felt safe. It may not be a new hotel but the rooms was huge, clean and everything works. I asked for a room that would be in a quiet spot and was pleasantly surprised that it was. Hotel was very full and still didn’t hear anyone in the halls or thru walls. Fridge, microwave were very clean. I’d rather have a clean, older room than a filthy “newer” place. I will be staying here again in the Fall.

Great breakfast, excellent restaurant next door

Unfortunately was forced to stay in this absolute disaster of a "motel" because the other respectable hotels were sold out. Somethings never change, and this dump was true to form. Ridiculously old, outdated and worn down to the threads. Rooms were so dingy and dirty, mold everywhere in the bathroom and carpet absolutely disgusting. They need to fire their PR person who advertises that this hotel is luxury. What a laugh after seeing the actual hotel. They won't even take ownership of this flea bag, or honor Hiltons 100 percent guarantee. Apparently they franchise this dump so not even Hilton would get involved! I feel sorry for the staff that have to come to work here every day. Contacted the general manager who never responded. It was completely obvious that they never wanted to address my issues or share any compassion for providing a disgusting stay. BE WARNED before booking here!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Nice big lobby for breakfast. Steakhouse across the parking lot was a convenient spot to grab dinner.

Everything the staff was so nice and accommodating us, the facility was perfect. All the amenities was spot on. It was an excellent stay.
