Hotel is very old with thin walls. Everything was clean however

Friendly staff

The hotel is in need of updating which is in progress. Nice people. Great breakfast. But rooms are not clean. Peeling ceilings and dirty carpets. Kitchen chairs need replaced. We ended up leaving early and hotel would not refund anything.

The staff was very helpful considerate hospitality was phenomenal. I rate the staff of 100.

The wall mounted toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. There was a rather large roach on the wall. The Bifold door on the closet is partially broken. The shower head and the towel rack which should be chrome both are very rusty and should be replaced. In the hallway there are large stains in the carpet. The lobby and the receptionist at front desk was very nice.

We could hear people in the next room. In the halls. But the worst was: people's feet walking and clomping int the room upstairs above our room. Poor soundproofing kept us awake. Cheap construction?

Nothing, needs better management

The room was dirty and old. Another guest was heard screaming until 2:30am.

Close to restaurants and hwy

When I arrived, the front desk clerk was really nice, but it took 3 tries to get a room key to work. Once I got into the room, it smelled funky. There appeared to be some possible vomit on the fabric covering the bed frame. The furniture holding the refrigerator was unsteady and rocked when you opened it. The curtains were stained. The carpet is old and dirty. My friends in the room next to mine found several insects, likely roaches. Google lens said they were not bedbugs. The shower curtain is not long enough and water kept pooling on the bathroom floor.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected, but Clean & Comfortable. Hotel in a very convenient location.

Wasn’t no pool

The pool is advertised as an amemity however it has been filled with concrete. Rooms smelled of smoke, carpet damp, and mold on ceilings. Staff was wonderful but truly a subpar hotel itself.

Carrie, the front desk employee was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get a room. Spite a few obstacles, she helped us with no hesitation. I think she definitely deserves to get a raise!!! When i asked for an extra blanket for the pull-out couch... i told her i would come back down in a few minutes to grab it from her! She brought it straight up to our room!!! She goes above and beyond. I also saw her giving every guest the same extraordinary service.

Thank you! We will be coming back for certain! Please dont take the hot tub out of room 218!!!! 😫

Nice location right off of I-20. New steakhouse opening right next door.

Room on 3rd floor had suffered water infiltration and the popcorn ceiling had peeled off in places.

The hotel pool was filled in with dirt, probably to cut expenses.

It was musty smelling, the floor in bathroom was not clean feeling .The bathtub was slick feeling and facet in tub was not worki g properly.

Easy to walk around. Stay was short.
