The Hotel will not rent a room to an individual who resides within the Albuquerque Metro area and a thirty-five (35) mile radius beyond Albuquerque.

Ottima scelta sia come sicurezza che posizione
Pros:

Best Western è un vero e proprio hotel, pulito e con tutti i servizi.
C'è un abbondante set di bagnoschiuma, creme e balsamo, asciugacapelli, busta biancheria, aria condizionata, frigo e macchina del caffè.
Nel motel c'è il servizio gratuito di refill acqua e dell'ottimo caffè (di ogni tipo) alla reception.
C'è possibilità di fare colazione e cena al ristorante (non incluso nel prezzo).
Pulito: nessun insetto.
La zona è tranquilla, ci sono pochi senzatetto e sono lontani, solo una volta ne ho trovata una fuori dall'hotel.
Ottimo servizio shuttle per l'aeroporto, personale gentile ed efficiente

Cons:

La prima sera il dispenser si sapone sia nella doccia che per le mani era finito ma mi hanno subito fornito un set di cortesia.
L'asciugacapelli non era ben funzionante (odore di bruciato) ma me l'hanno sostituito.
Tips for women solo traveler: ci sono homeless nei dintorni ma sono pochi, state lontane dal ponte, solo una volta ho trovato una senzatetto proprio davanti all'hotel, prestate attenzione quando vi recate a piedi ad Old Town in qualsiasi ora ed evitate se possibile i bus di linea, cercate di usare il servizio gratuito e on demand di ABQ Ride (ma copre poche zone) oppure Uber. Prestate anche attenzione ai fast food nelle immediate vicinanze poiché non sono ben frequentati, usate Uber Eats piuttosto.
Ristorante: se avete problemi di dieta specificate di non usare spezie anche se sul menù non sono indicate.

We have stayed 5 times now and the standard is high each time.
Pros:

Shuttle to and from the airport. Good restaurant attached to hotel. Located close to Old Town and the Sawmill.

Cons:

The suggestion I have is that the broken stool used for entering and exiting your shuttle is replaced. Also it was disappointing that you no longer support the Pueblo Cultural Center by the shuttle taking visitors there. I am sure an innovative hotel like this one could work something round airport transfers.

Great hospitality with clean rooms.
Pros:

Location was excellent as well as the availability of a restaurant on site. Food was excellent at the restaurant. Kind, efficient staff. We ate dinner but not breakfast. We like a property that provides breakfast but overall the facility was very nice. We would stay again next time in Albuquerque.

Cons:

The fact that there was no free breakfast. Otherwise the restaurant was very nice with good food.

Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. The pool was lovely. It was great to have clothes washing facilities onsite. The staff were very helpful. To have coffee and fruit to grab in the morning was fantastic. Proximity to the old town was great.

Cons:

The lighting in the bedroom could have been better. In general the hotel is a bit dated.

Our go-to in Albuquerque
Pros:

Nice large rooms in a convenient location of the freeway near the old town. Good parking with a nightly security guard. We've stayed here a number of times and never had a problem. Very good breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Cons:

There are double doors to enter that make bringing your luggage in and out a bit troublesome.

Parking Sucks
Pros:

Specifically picked b/c the hotel's website states parking 'Motorcoaches, truck/RVs'. Smal tight parking lot. No place to park the 26 foot Uhaul. It is one way in and out, other gates are locked. Both front desk people said 'Yeah, parking here sucks'. Staff doesn't care, why should they for little pay they get. Never staying at another BW again
