All good
The room was clean…the hotel was in a location that both my sister and I felt safe (gated area with security on site.)
The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind, attentive and professional! We really enjoyed our stay!
No negative issues.
The staff were exceptional! Great location, delicious breakfast, safe parking, shuttle to old town was very helpful in the heat. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Loved the bar tender..she was awesome
Nothing
Habitación espaciosa y bien equipada. Baño muy cómodo
Precio no resultó de los más económicos
The shuttle was great and accommodating. Bed was super comfy.
It is a pretty industrial area. The hotel is right next to the highway so you hear cars the entire time.
I did not eat but I and my little dog really enjoyed our stay
I was participating in a tour starting late April and arrived in Albuquerque a few days before to explore on my own. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and before I even asked, I was told that they had arranged for me to stay in the same room for the tour. Breakfast was excellent. The pickup at the airport was most appreciated, as was the airport shuttle for my departure. The hotel is roughly a 15-minute walk to Old Town, and there are numerous restaurants along the way. Pickups for Lyft rides to wherever were easy and quick. My room was very nice and the bed quite comfortable. A lovely stay.
It was easy access to freeway and in a relatively safe area.
The pool and spa were not clean and the “tent” was old with freezing cold air blasting into it. The water was cold as well in pool and tepid in the spa. Could not turn on jets.
ME GUSTO QUE NOS AYUDARON A PODER ACCESDER A UNA EXPERIENCIA EXCELENTE EN EL DESAYUNO. 100% RECOMENTADO MAS PARA LAS PERSONAS QUE VIAJAN POR PRIMERA VEZ A ALBUQUERUQE BUENA UBICACION, ACCESIBLE A PUNTOS IMPORTANTES DE LA CIDUAD.
CREO QUE NO TENGO NADA MALO QUE DECIR ESTUYVO EXCELENTE LA UBICACION.
100% RECOMENDADO MAS PARA LA GENTE QUE LLEGARA PARA EL BALLOW FIESTA.
Great dinner and breakfast
Nothing but a lower price?
This is a good hotel, have been staying here the last 25 years every time we come to Albuquerque. This time one complaint, had to pay before stay due to the fact sold out it was during the Gathering of Nations POWWOW, I get it, but still if you are coming why are we paying before we get there to secure the room? If we do not show up then the hotel still collects the fee, so we had reservations, so no need to collect ahead. Did not like that policy, said only happened during the Gathering of Nations and the Balloon Fest still not a very welcomed Policy. Although rooms are clean, and like the breakfast in the morning, What happened to the microwaves, and the outlets to plug our devices, like cell phones, UBS apparatus to charge were not working against the wall. on the table, the plugs did not work either, this is sad. I mean you pay all this money for rooms and items in the hotel do not work. It is an ideal location for old town, and clean but it was just not the same as before. Staff is friendly, but the people renting rooms not so much, the staff at the desk need to inform people to return the luggage carts back to where they belong, we could not find one anywhere the morning we were checking out. Some people must of put them in their rooms, the hotel is just not the same. Next time staying somewhere else.
