Rooms updated and great location. Friendly staff

Great location for our stay. Had a little mishap with the check in/rooms but they fixed it fast. Room was very nice, good view. While we did know and could deal with the elevator not working, it will def be nicer when it is.

Great 1-bedroom unit with mini kitchen!

The sweetest front desk agents throughout the whole stay. We really loved our interactions with them.

Rooms were nice my only complaint would be the sofa bed is a meserable experience. So hard. But I tried to upgrade rooms but they were sold out, they went the extra mile and brought in a second mattress which made it much better.

It is convenient to the clinic I go to.

Room was fine. AC was a challenge, it was not working a sit should.
Master bath shower was broken and leaking (was working though).
There was no phone inside the room so have to call the front lobby from our phone.
There were no clear instructions about check out procedures. I had a to call and ask about trash and towels etc.
A bit run down place.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. The pool is huge, the jacuzzi is huge, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Awesome. The room has a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a separate bedroom. They provide robes, room for your skis, and underground safe parking. 5 minutes away from downtown. Don't pass this great stay up!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice kitchen area for cooking meals.
Free shuttle to and from Park City, Deer Valley and Old Town. 5 minute walk to excellent and reasonably priced restaurants. 10 minute walk to Walgreens and Fresh Market.

Excellent all around. The shuttle to and from the slopes is a game changer.

Property tired and badly in need of an update

I love stay at this place. It is my second time staying there. I total recommend.

Excellent location, wonderful service from the staff, very convenient hotel shuttle to/from the mountain and Park City center. Lots of restaurants and shopping in short walking distance to hotel. Very convientent and free Park City bus that transports throughout the area. The hotel rooms themselves are a little dated but very functional.

The staff was very nice. Super helpful and friendly. Great affordable prices.

The unit had everything I needed: well-stocked kitchenette, little living room area, comfy king-size bed, even balcony with nice views of the mountains. Hot tub and swimming pool are a lifesaver after several days of skiing - and it's nice that they're enclosed, so you don't freeze when getting into the hot tub.

Sure, the property is dated and the decor is not exactly what I'd usually book - but I've stayed in four other hotels in Park City and while they were definitely more modern and more nicely decorated, you seriously can't beat this hotel for the price!!

The staff is wonderfully nice, too, particularly the shuttle drivers. Front desk staff was so nice, they even let me use the hot tub the afternoon after I had checked out. Location is great for cheap dinner options or grocery store.

Oh, and did I mention free shuttle to the slopes?! That's really all you need to know. :)
