WorldMark Palm Springs - Plaza Resort and Spa

It was a mom/daughter 2-days getaway. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was perfect for our needs, such as preparing a light breakfast, warming up the previous night's dinner leftover for lunch, etc. Everything was great. Our only complain would be the scent that was sprayed in the hallways of the hotel. It was very strong and heavy and did not feel eco-clean.

Everyone was so nice, the bed was ssssooooo comfortable. Thank you so much... I highly recommend this property and I will gladly come again!!

From checking in to checking out this place was perfect. Cathedral City is where we like to stay for all that we do and this put it us right in the middle of everything! We loved our room with the little kitchen nook and our private deck. We enjoyed the quiet pool in the evenings and it was perfectly relaxing. Our toaster didn’t work and someone brought a new one within 5 minutes incredible service. Nice and friendly staff always wanting to make your stay pleasant and they did!! We will be back.

The property was a little older than I thought but I was still in really good condition. It's close to practically everything you want to do in the area without driving far to get to it. Its proximity is one of the stronger points. The staff was super friendly and kept the property in general in immaculate shape. Would stay here again

Very friendly staff. Target and Trader Joe's are only 3 minutes away. Kitchen amenities made it easy to prepare a quick meal.

Funky smell throughout the hotel. Thin walls/can hear elevator bell and upstairs guests

A regular at the World Mark Plaza, this visit a new discovery. The rooms to the left of check-in are larger, nicely appointed and 2 full bathrooms (1 off the living room and one en-suite off the large bedroom.
Featured a full kitchen with range/stove oven dishwasher microwave blender toaster and all the pots and pans utensils, knives, plates. glassware kitchen towels yadayada nice. Also had 2 separate large walled patios- one off the living/dining and one of the master bedroom. More reason to stay here in my next visit.

Pet friendly. They even have a plug in station for electric cars- for free! 2 pools 2 hiccups a 24 hour gym gas grills

Clean,quiet,safe. Everything was in good working order. Had fully stocked kitchenette. Great value

Everybody here from day one has been professional helpful polite always with a smile. I used to live across the street from here and wasn't aware that this hotel was here it's a nice little best kept secret and very lucky for the ones that discover it

I absolutely love the staff here! They are part of the reason I keep coming back.
This visit was a bit different than others. I’ve never been up on the 3rd floor and didn’t really enjoy it as much.
Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. Have never experienced this before. One problem will never stop me from coming back and I hope I have another chance very soon.
Can’t wait to return! Thanks for making people feel very welcome!

Its a great quiet hotel. A litte outdated but does the job.the staff was great. Also the pool 2guy was great

The condo units were very spacious and it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the “quiet pool”! Could hear the people upstairs moving around a lot. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Check in was a breeze and front staff, Veronica and Jacob, were awesome.

My stay was great, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The resort is clean and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay again whenever I vacation in Palm Springs. Thank you!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything felt clean and well-organized. I was able to have a very comfortable stay.

We loved the suite we stayed in as it had the amenities we needed with complimentary items to make our stay stress free. The laundry machines were clean and we used the rentable board games and DVDs. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with two pools and one spa, free movie and board game rentals. There is a nice kitchen in the room so we can cook stuff. Staff are friendly.

We stayed a week as a family with seniors and a dog. All of us enjoyed comfortable stay with full kitchen, friendly staff, and convenient location that made it easy for us to travel around. Highly recommend for family trip
