Had a wonderful stay, very relaxing enjoyable
Pros:

The Plaza is a beautiful resort. I’ve been going there for about 20 years…. Always enjoy my stay and the staff is exceptional, just exceptional. They are always there available for you. Whatever you need.

Cons:

U everything was fine. I can’t think of a thing that I would ask for

Warm environment, well situated with superb staff. Older building but comfortable.
Pros:

It is well located for both Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Close to a major shopping area. View of golf course lovely.

Cons:

The rooms could use updating, especially the bathrooms.

Pros:

We had to extend stay due to a medical event for my husband.. Manager Nigil was able to extend 1 day. No availability after. Staff was very helpful since I had to take my husband to ER, and we had to get several carry out dinners .

I came without a car to hike and relax, this place made that all possible.
Pros:

Close to hiking trails and grocery stores. Staff was super friendly and any requests were immediately addressed. Quiet room, make-up mirror and kitchen made it nice. Nice get togethers in the lobby.

Cons:

Unfortunately, because a dog friendly place room had a bit of an odor but not too bad.

Enjoyed it. Loved the golf course view and mountains from the deck.
Pros:

Every staff member was friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. The best.

Cons:

I liked most everything. If a one bedroom had been open we would have liked more than an efficiency.
