Over all great location
Pros:

Great location and was easy to find

Cons:

The shuttle service to the airport the driver was not very helpful and basically told us to get out and when we started to go the wrong direction he hollered across the street and had his hand out waiting on tip money for getting our bags out of the shuttle

Terrible, do not recommend
Pros:

Did not like the breakfast, did not keep it stocked up & area was not clean. Also, not good choices. Location was just okay

Cons:

We had a terrible time with the shuttle service. First off no one answered the phone when we tried to call several times from the airport. We finally got a hold of them & it was 45 minutes for them to show. I had to chase them down since they were told to pick us up at the wrong area. Then we used the shuttle to go to dinner and were told us to call when we were done. No one answered the phone when we called 5 times. Finally answered the phone & we had to wait 45 minutes for a pick up again. The driver told us he was just sitting at the hotel, didn't know to pick us up. When we first arrived at the hotel the day of arrival we were told we couldn't check in & they had nowhere to store our bags. Made us wait til we got our room 1 1/2 hrs. later. We had wanted to explore the city but, this gave us little time to do so. It was utter chaos when we were waiting for a room. Nowhere to sit & my husband is disabled. This was the absolute worst time we have stayed with Marriott. Staff was not very accomodating.

For a room that cost over $300, the hotel was below average, the breakfast unhealthily choices, and the room was like a room at a hostel.

Good place to have a 24 hour rest point at a junction in long haul travel
Pros:

Used the hotel shuttle. Excellent. Very helpful staff on reception. Location ideal. Close to airport but not disturbed by planes. Room well provided, fridge, microwave. Though I didn’t use. Coffee machine. Unfortunately no kettle to boil water for tea. Have to start day with breakfast tea! Minor issue. It was available in the breakfast area. My experience was repeated at a subsequent stay at the end of my vacation. As the saying states. “It did what it said on the tin” and a bit more. Would have no hesitation in staying in a future trip.

Cons:

For a hotel to provide for air travellers and others, it was good. There is nothing negative or areas for improvement that comes to mind other than my personal minor point in a previous comments box.

Pros:

The shuttle service was excellent, the bed was most comfortable and the shower was amazing. Loved that the shower control was at the opposite end of the stall and not right under the shower head. Tiffany was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was just okay.
