Clean spacious helpful staff in reception.
Shuttle service.

Cons:

Location to airport.
Waiting to be seated for food and a bar staff member just called over and waved to a general area and then I was told I could not sit there. I would have liked to be seated as was susan at this restaurant.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Though an older hotel it was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Check in was swift and informative.
Our king room was clean, comfortable and to our specifications.
We ate at the LaSalle restaurant in house every morning at 6am.
Our server Summer was very attentive and the food was great.
Summer made sure our meal was satisfactory to us and kept our coffees refilled, checking on us frequently.
We will return the next time we are in the area.

Excellent experience although desk woman jenny was a complete disaster

Helping me with lost mobile phone in shuttle bus when I was already at the airport
Free complimentary eggs offered

Cons:

Lady jenny at the desk asked to speak english and i needed to spell the word pool. I was offended. She has no place in a top hotel
