Pros:

The appartment was bigger than expected, the 2 beds were very comfortable, there were enough kitchen utensils to cook for 4, the dishes were done everyday (waow !!! thanks Susan and co !) , the room was extremely clean, we were welcomed by Mister Miguel, who was extremely warm and always smiling, he gave us some plans of NY as soon as we arrived and some good addesses were to buy some food ! We also met Luc, who was extremely cool with us ! Everybody in the hotel was very kind with us !

great place to stay
Pros:

The location is great, because I like the quiet neighbourhood

Cons:

The only problem we had was that one day (but just only one) the room was not properly clean. But it was an exception. So, very happy with the hotel.

Comfortable and worth the money.
Pros:

Convenient location. They have a place to eat next door which is great. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was chic and comfortable . The staff were friendly and helpful . The lobby was a nice place to stop and regroup while in between activities. Very walkable to subway.

Great spacious room for two in NYC neat everything. It’s was the next best accommodation to an apartment and less hassl
Pros:

Close to everything. Size of suite. Comfortable and spacious for our mother and daughter trip.

Cons:

Dated interior and could use a refresh. The green paint should be brightened or changed.

Muy agradable!!
Pros:

Muy cómodo el hotel, muy amable atención de todo el personal, buena ubicación, con kitchenette incorporada que permite quedarse unos días con la sensación de estar en un departamento pequeño. Muy recomendable desde todo punto de vista. Excelente relación precio- calidad.

The Hotel Beacon is a class act at an affordable price!
Pros:

Location, service, style. A wonderful stay at the perfect location. Gorgeous view of the Ansonia looking west. Super comfortable bed, nice kitchen, fast elevators. The rooms are large and very comfortable.

Pros:

Excellent location with friendly staff. Very close to the express 2 and 3 lines which is great for getting downtown quickly. We traveled with our 1 yr old son and they had a crib and high chair set up when we arrived. They even let us check in early so that we could keep him on his nap schedule.

Cons:

The facilities were somewhat dated, which by itself we didn't care about it so much. We did have a run in with a few cockroaches which was unpleasant, but the staff sent someone up to deal with it which was helpful.

Un hôtel spacieux et d'un calme olympien dans un quartier résidentiel parfait, idéalement situé face à un supermarch

• L'emplacement idéal : Situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, à deux pas de Central Park et du métro pour Times Square.
• Le supermarché Fairway : Juste en face de l'hôtel, c'est un atout majeur pour profiter de la kitchenette fonctionnelle.
• Le confort : Des chambres spacieuses, une propreté irréprochable.
• Le personnel : Très accueillant, sympathique et toujours disponible.
• Le calme : Excellente insonorisation des fenêtres.

• Les équipements : La laverie au 5ème étage (lave-linge et sèche-linge) : c'est extrêmement pratique pour voyager léger et ne pas rentrer avec une valise de linge sale.

Cons:

• La taille des lits : Les lits doubles sont un peu étroits pour deux personnes (heureusement, le canapé-lit nous a bien dépannés).
