Convenient and well located in UWS. Not really a tourist hotel but great for visiting family and longer stays.
Pros:

Location great. Staff great. Water pressure in shower was top notch.

Cons:

Run down. Hotel room was much smaller than advertised Smell of mildew and mold in hallways was intense and disgusting.

Convenient location. The staff was nice and welcoming . Decent accommodations.

Cons:

I think for the price it is really not up to standards. The room was giving on a rooftop that was basically at the same level as the window. Didn’t even have water in the rooms!! You needed to go to buy water from a dispenser somewhere in the hotel. It is really overpriced on all fronts.

The Wonderful Hotel Beacon
Pros:

The Beacon is in a great neighbourhood on the Upper West Side, away from all the madness of mid-town.
The rooms are spacious and light, and with kitchenettes so you can use the Fairways wholefood market and wonderful deli opposite the hotel.
The staff are delightful.
The Beacon is the best hotel we ever stay at in NYC and it's our first choice every time.

Cons:

There is nothing about the Beacon that we don't like, it is exceptional.

今回は２回目の滞在です。立地も抜群で静かな環境です、スタッフの皆様もやさしく感じの良い方ばかりです。家族４人で2部屋利用させていただきました。キッチンもコインランドリーもとても便利です。次回も迷わずまたお伺いしたいです。ありがとうございました。

2部屋のうち、片方の部屋のシャワーの出が若干悪かった気がします。許容範囲ではありました。
