Wonderful location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location - tons of places in Beverly Hills to walk to for coffee, food and shopping. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street so there isn't too much traffic noise.

Cons:

The lift did not work the last morning I was there but it was quickly fixed. My room faced the pool and the music in the evening played until 11pm and was too loud. I wish the music could be kept at a minimum. There is no need to start playing music at 8am. I would come back again but would ask for a room facing the street instead.

Phillipa was amazing
Pros:

It’s my 2nd time staying here within a short time span and Phillipa helped me on both occasions. She was so helpful and worked with me on my room preference. Definitely provided a great friendly service and that lets me know that they care about their guests. Great location very close to rodeo drive and Santa Monica boulevard. Rooms are comfortable and nice.

Pessimo hotel
Pros:

Buona posizione, vicina a Rodeo Drive.

Cons:

Hotel senza servizi.
Su Booking viene indicato che è presente un bar ma in realtà sabato e domenica é chiuso.
La camera era sporca e con cattivo odore a causa della moquette che non viene pulita.
Staff non accogliente, il check-out era alle 12, ma la manager dell’hotel è venuta a bussarci un’ora prima dicendoci di lasciare la camera.
In conclusione, il prezzo richiesto in relazione alla qualità della struttura e dei servizi presenti è totalmente senza senso.

Wonderful Beverly Hills Spot
Pros:

We love the Mosaic. We have stayed there at least a dozen times, including booking a room block for our daughter's wedding. The staff is amazing, the location is wonderful, the beds and showers (which I think are most important) are great.

Favorite BH Hotel
Pros:

Mosaic is always a great stay! They are conveniently located to the golden triangle and are reasonably priced for the area. The staff are also wonderful and friendly. It’s our go-to spot!!

Pros:

Struttura curata, arredi moderni, stanza ampia e luminosa, letto confortevole e bagno pulitissimo.
La struttura offre la possibilità di consumare la colazione nella grande sala con vista sulla piscina, offrendo vasta scelta di portate.
Le addette alla reception sono discrete e gentili, soprattutto Jessica, estremamente disponibile e cordiale nel darci tutto il supporto richiesto.
