Location good
Pros:

Close to Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo drive

Cons:

Breakfast minimal and cold, no food door dash to eat. Can't sit at bar to eat door dash as there were outside activities going on so had to eat sitting on bed or walk to find a restaurant. Bathroom door locked couldn't open and vanity drain needed unblocking

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

I come from Canada and The Mosaic is all I need , outside of shopping Beverly Hills, the management (Phillipa) front desk supervisor accommodates you so well. Enjoy your stay. Oh and the eggs for breakfast are worth the stay also. Time for a swim! Worth the stay .!

Superb stay in Beverly Hills
Pros:

Make no mistake, this is a superb hotel in Beverly Hills. I spent a very happy four days here, and The location, the car fromthe staff, and the overall experience is excellent. I’ll certainly be coming here again on my next trip to LA. Of all the good things I would mention, I particularly mention Rebecca on the front desk, he was unfailingly courteous and polite. A True Gem of a Hotel!
Pros:

The Mosaic Hotel is a true gem! The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Rodeo Drive, UCLA, and everything Beverly Hills has to offer. It’s also an excellent value for the area. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning again!

Spent time with a special friend and this facility was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice, clean, and the water temperature was perfect and had a fireplace for nighttime lounging by the pool. The room was comfortable.

Pros:

I must start off by saying this was the best experience I have ever had at any hotel. It is conveniently located to my work place. The staff is most welcoming, Jessica and her smile was very pleasing to see everyday. Phillipa on several occasions went out of her way to assist my during my stay. Bob is a gem. I will recomend my staff to stay at Mosaic Everytime we are in Beverly. Thanks again to everyone.

Very chilling stay-broken water heater
Pros:

Location was great, the rooms were the tiniest rooms I have ever seen at any hotel. The water heater was out for the first two days of our stay, which honestly ruined our stay. I was in town for a surgery and was required to shower with a special surgical cleanser prior to my surgery and I had to do that in freezing cold water. Following my I wasn’t allowed to shower anymore for the rest of my stay because of my incisions so this greatly impacted my stay. We also weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience. Most of the staffers were sweet, but one of them was horrendous. The dining was a joke and I don’t know if it was just a fluke and if it was just the day that we were there or if it had anything to do with the hot water heater, but everything we wanted to order on the menu was not available to be ordered. We never attempted to order from here again.

Shout out to Robert on the evening staff, he was absolutely incredible in every way!
